Situated in lower North Shore close to the park and a short walk to the shops, this apartment is one of the best renovations you will find. All the lovely detail from the original design in this building have been lovingly restored and adapted for contemporary living. No expense has been spared. It has every thing you need and more.
The living room is uncluttered and very elegant. A comfortable sofa, an Eames chair with a footrest, a plasma Samsung TV (with Foxtel installed). There is white desk under the window; wide enough for use as your office if necessary. If you have guests the sofa converts to a queen size bed with a spring interior mattress.
The bedroom is divided from the living room by bifold doors. There is a sumptuous queen bed. There is a hanging rail for your garments and an abundance of shelving for your other clothes.
The tiled bathroom is new, modern and stylish, a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. The laundry is here as well, a Bosch front-loader washing machine a Fisher and Paykel drier.
The dine in kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and oven, All equipment is here including a dishwasher a Nespresso machine is for your coffee. All the kitchen utensils, tableware and bed linen that you will need are supplied.
The dining table has upholstered bench window seating and an extendable dining table that can seat up to 7.

Close to Sydney's major events and attractions. Gems such as Peter MacAllum Harbourside swimming pool. Lounge on the decking or float in the pool whilst looking at the bridge and opera house. Visit Blues Point reserve for a picturesque view of the harbour.
This area is home to one of the best preserved Art Deco cinemas in Australia - the Orpheum. From here, a multitude of buses running every few minutes in peak hour, and every 10 minutes out of peak hour, will take you just 15 minutes to the city or (in the other direction) to Manly and other beautiful northern beaches.
You can easily access Chatswood Shopping Centre, Greenwood plaza and the beautiful boutiques that you will find along military road and in Mosman. The Lower North Shore is also teeming with bars and eateries.
We are an agency, we don't meet you at the property, the keys are collected from our office which is centrally located in Darlinghurst. However, our friendly staff are just a phone call away! We are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.
This property is self-contained and IS NOT a serviced apartment. We supply a small Welcome pack on arrival with hotel size bathroom essentials and tea & coffee.

Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS & MODEM IF HIRED MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
