This spacious apartment is a tribute to the open-plan living of a bygone era when Sydney architecture lead the country. You can stretch out on the couch and take in the sights of boats drifting on the water or the lights dotting the night sky. Dine at the teak dining table, (to seat 6) or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor table setting on the massive balcony.

A classic 70s kitchen with all modern conveniences from a new refrigerator and dishwasher to a microwave, with electric oven and cook top. Ample cupboard space. All crockery is provided, as are towels and linen.
Bedroom One has a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves for storage, bedside tables and lights. It has a modern white tiled en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Bedroom Two: Has two single beds that can be made into a king sized bed; we just need notice in order for our housekeepers to make up the beds as required. Bedside tables and lamps and also a hanging robe and a chest of drawers give plenty of room for your clothes and personal items.
The main bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
Other features of this apartment include a separate laundry with a washing machine and drier. Street parking is easy and there is visitors parking on site.
Clear balustrades provide ultimate viewing pleasure, taking in the breath of the mighty Parramatta River, the heritage-listed Gladesville Bridge and the striking skylines of Chatswood, North Sydney and the City of Sydney
When it's time to unwind, take advantage of the pristine pool downstairs which is located riverside or take a fishing rod down to the jetty and try your luck.

If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
