A relatively new development with a sophisticated marble foyer, the building is positioned in a vibrant, cosmopolitan area with a host of restaurants and cafes serving food from almost every corner of the globe. Come and enjoy all that this trendy apartment has to offer.
The spacious air conditioned studio apartment has a queen bed in its own alcove giving it the feel of a bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and shelving providing storage space.
It has a modern stainless steel kitchen and all conveniences, including a dishwasher. A stylish bathroom features a shower plus a laundry area with a washing machine and drier hidden behind doors. TV, DVD/CD and stereo radio are provided for your convenience.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and four-seater dining table, sliding doors that open out onto a private balcony with separate seating for outdoor relaxation. Table ware and cooking pots are supplied, as are all towels and bed linen.
A well-equipped gym offers weight and cardio machines plus a sauna on level 6.
If you wish to use the sofa bed please contact our office prior to your arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements for bed linen and extra towels.

The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS & SWIPES MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.

This unit is located in a very convenient section of Sydney. It is close to all public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants and one can walk from this apartment to the wharfs and center of Sydney with relative ease. The entry is controlled with a concierge and the interaction is very pleasant.
The apartment/condo is well equipped with clothes washing and drier machines, dish washer, refrigerator, hair drier, television, air conditioner, dishes and utensils.
A balcony looks out onto a street and offers an environment that does not stimulate frequent or prolonged use.
Regrettably, the unit was not well cared for. Multiple light fixtures of the pot-light variety (ceiling and above the sink/oven) were not functioning. One free-standing lamp had an empty light socket – no bulb present. The coffee ‘Bodem-type’ press was defective. The dishes were dirty; so much so that two plates had large fragments of black pea-sized remnants of food on them. Above the cupboard that housed the refrigerator, not easily visualized unless one made an effort, lay an empty open bottle of rum. The top of this cupboard was dirty and the nearby shelves which contained the dishes were also not clean.
On the second day, we complained and brought pictures to the management unit conveniently located 75 meters away. A new coffee press was bought and an individual came and replaced one pot light, took away 3 burnt-out bulbs, but we remained without those lights the remaining 10 days.
Their problem is easy to fix. Attention to cleaning and attrition is necessary.
Some lights were not working, but these were replaced promptly after alerting the owner. The advertised wi-fi was too slow to use, when we could connect to it. The location was good, if a little noisy at night.
