We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern 2 Bedroom Garden Apartment in Rose Bay, Sydney, Australia. It is very comfortable and livable. It is clean and well maintained. Our rental was for just 10 days, but we felt we could have happily stayed for months. The interior and exterior of the apartment are exactly as advertised. The location is superb, about 15-20 minutes by car from Sydney’s CBD and 5-10 minutes from Bondi Beach. Two grocery stores can be found within half a kilometer. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but none that are very elegant. My only complaint is that the parking, which is listed as included, is only on street and we sometimes had difficulty finding a nearby place to park. However, this was just a minor inconvenience compared to the overall favorable experience of renting this apartment.
