House Rules: CONDO RENTAL AGREEMENT
We would like to offer you a warm welcome to ______________________________________________. Please note that the unit you have chosen is privately owned and managed by Ari Sorsa & Liza strandberg.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Guest agrees to maintain the property in the same condition it was
received upon arrival, and agrees to be responsible for all missing inventory and damages to the
occupancy, regardless of cause. The Guest agrees to provide a__________ cash damage deposit for the unit and agrees that the cash may be forfeited should damages or fines occur. All costs will be assessed within 7 days of departure. The Guest agrees to conform to all the terms of this
agreement and in addition abide by all notices, rules, or regulations posted on or about the building or property.
The deposit is NOT applied toward rent providing the following provisions are met.

-------.--- charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c.All keys are left on the reception area and he unit is left locked.

f.The renter is not evicted by the owner or representative of the owner, the local law enforcement, the security company employed by AZURE Residences.
CLEANING CHARGES: Guests are required to leave the kitchen and dishes clean and put away,
the property tidy, and all empty bottles, cans and garbage stacked neatly at the entrance or in the appropriate garbage/recycling bin. There is a minimum fee of _________ if these conditions are not completed by the guest. Guests are requested to report any maintenance concerns, including malfunctioning appliances or other equipment. Any unit requiring excessive cleaning upon departure will be subject to additional cleaning charges. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. Keep the unit TIDY at all times.
PETS/SMOKING: Smoking and pets are NOT PERMITTED unless previous permission has been
received by the unit owners. The Guest understands that they will be subject to a ____________
fine if anyone smokes in the unit, or if a pet enters the property.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests of the unit is limited to four (4) persons. Increase in party size will be subject to additional person charges and/or will result in termination of occupancy. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your stay. The condo rental owner reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any guest should they deem it necessary.
TURN OFF ELECTRICITY WHEN YOU LEAVE: Make sure that the air-conditiion unit, lights & other appliances that are turned on MUST BE OFF when you leave.
ENTRY OF PREMISES: Any authorized person may enter the premises for any purpose related to repair, improvement, care and management of the premises, or if management suspects mistreatment or abuse of the property. Please report any problems to the owners or the reception.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INDEMNITY
In making a reservation for short term rental with the owners, I understand the owners and their clients abide by the use and regulations of the private property on which I will have recreation privileges during my stay. I agree that I will be paying for any costs incurred as a result of my use of the property, or violation of any of the above noted rules. I, the undersigned, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the owners, Ari Sorsa & Liza Strandberg, the owners of the condominium property, their respective agents, heirs, executors, and assigns of and from any and all loss, damage, claims, suits, debt, demand, personal injury, death, or any other claim whatsoever arising in any manner from my use or the use of any other person occupying or using the vacation rental property with my consent, whether such matters are foreseen or unseen. It is specifically acknowledged and agreed that this Waiver of Rights and Indemnity is contractual and not merely recital, and this Waiver of Rights and Indemnity shall be governed by Republic of The Philippines.
I agree that I have read & understand all of the aforementioned terms, including the release, & that this document, when signed by me & acknowledged in writing below shall be considered a Rental agreement.
