You can get a visitors parking permit for $47 for the entire stay from our local Council Office in Bondi Junction (8.30am - 4pm Mon-Fri) A photo or copy of the registration must be shown to prove vehicle identity, vehicle make, model and registration number plus a copy of your accommodation rental contract. For rental cars you can get a parking permit only after the car is collected.
A credit card authorization of $500 is required on arrival.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against your credit card using credit card authorization. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
