Peerapat Villa is a 4 bedroom luxury Koh Samui pool villa with marvelous sea views, island views and hillside views. The villa is located in the small beach town of Bangrak in the busy, touristic NE coast of Koh Samui island between Bophut beach (3.5km), Choeng Mon beach (5km) and Chaweng beach(5.9km).
This spacious Koh Samui Villa is arranged on 2 floors with the 1st floor hosting the kitchen and dining area, the swimming pool deck with sunbed area and covered sala area, a guest bedroom, a master bedroom and bathroom.
The top floor consists of a generous living room space with 2 balconies at the rear and front of the villa, accessed through 11 meters of gorgeous folding, sliding teak wood doors. The villa faces northwards, towards beautiful seaviews of Bangrak Bay, the Full Moon Party island of Koh Phan Ngan and the smaller island of Koh Som.
LIVING AND DINING
The ground floor of Villa consists of a very spacious open plan kitchen and dining concept. The fully-fitted western kitchen includes everything you need to prepare any food from a quick snack to a family-sized feast. The kitchen island/breakfast bar is available for light snacks whilst the teak wood dining table caters for up to 8 guests. A 42" plasma TV with Satellite channels is available for your entertainment.
Villa offers guests numerous outdoor areas for socialising and relaxing all with incredible sea and island views. The swimming pool deck consists of a 40 square meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi and slate water fall. This area also hosts a sunbed area, a covered sala area with comfortable seating for 5 and an original BBQ King 3-burner stainless steel family-sized gas BBQ. In front of the swimming pool area is a generous grass lawn, just perfect for soaking up the tropical Koh Samui sun.
This Koh Samui villa offers hi-spec entertainment systems in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Both areas offer 42" plasma TVs with separate UBC satellite systems. The pool-side pavilion also offers an outdoor Bluetooth enabled audio system for listening to tunes while relaxing by the pool. The UBC Gold satellite package offers a large choice of sport, movies, documentaries and more.
Four spacious bedrooms, all of which have sea views, each have their own unique design and furnishings. Master bedroom 1 is beautifully furnished with built in teak bed and a walk-in wardrobe. A sliding glass door leads from this bedroom to the upstairs terrace social area. The walk-in wardrobe reveals the entrance to an extremely spacious en-suite master bathroom complete with an oversized bathtub, contemporary design shower and twin glass washbasins.
Master bedroom 2, also with beautiful built-in bed and wardrobe, leads to the pool-side area and to an en-suite bathroom (a double-doored bathroom, also accessible from outside). Bedroom 3 has a dark-ash modern design double bed and matching furnishings. Finally bedroom 4 has twin single beds (can be pushed together to form double bed on request) and matching built-in furnishings in teak. Bedroom 4 was completely refurbished in 2016. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have adjacent shared bathrooms.
A baby's cot and highchair is available free of charge on request.
The villa is cleaned 2 times each week. Bed linen (excluding duvet cover) and face, bath and pool towels are provided free of charge and are changed twice weekly. The bedrooms' duvet covers are changed every 7 days.
Villa guests are met at the airport and shuttled to the villa in luxury minibus, free of charge. Guests are then met at the villa for check-in by the villa owner, where everything you need to know will be explained. The villa owner is available to help you organise any trips, villas services or just to give impartial advice. The villa owners are available throughout your stay in Villa.
Villa is equipped with 4 external IR CCTV cameras which cover all entrance points to the property giving extra peace of mind without encroaching on guests' privacy.

Villa is built on a spacious area of land located conveniently in the beach town of Bangrak, on Koh Samui's touristic northeastern coastline, between the tourist hotspots of Chaweng and Bophut. Three minutes drive (1.1km) from the beach, bars, restaurants and convenience stores of Bangrak and beautiful Bangrak Beach (1.1km), the villa is accessed from a gently sloping concrete road which is located around 100 meters from the main beach road in the centre of Bangrak.
villa is built on a 1 rai (1,600 aquare metres) plot of land and faces northwards towards stunning island and sea views.
Located just 250 metres from Villa is a small family run minimart which stocks holiday essentials such as soft drinks, beer, cigarettes, ice, charcoal, snacks, canned and jarred goods and ice-cream.

Rates shown are for maximum 8 guests. 9th guest is possible (please contact us before booking and we can provide additional single bed but extra costs will be incurred. The absolute maximum occupancy of the villa is 9.

Jen was very prompt with her replies prior to our visit and very pro-active and helpful with her assistance while at the villa. The living area of the villa open out to a lovely pool area and rely on breezes rather than AC. This could be a problem in very humid conditions. Only the bedrooms have AC. The good swimming beaches are further away than anticipated. The adjoining property has a number of roosters that are a bit of a disturbance in the early morning.
