This property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Phuket. It is huge and very comfortable. There are 3 big bedrooms and a spacious living room, on the roof is located a very relaxing pool with very nice sea views. All is at walking distance- shops, bars, beaches, cafes, and restaurants.

There is a very modern and superb Gym-fitness at only 50 meters from the property

Great place, all mod cons, clean and tidy, Bruno was very helpful in organising a contact for taxi's and mopeds. The only downside was the location, no where within walking distance for food or shops, moped hire or car is a must!

Property/location not as portrayed.

Compared to the pictures this property was a big disappointment. The pictures were staged beautifully to make it appear warm and cozy with colorful pillows and flowers and a gorgeous rooftop pool area. That is not what greeted us. The apartment is very dull. Very limited glasswear in the kitchen. Did not have even the basic essentials you normally find in a house rental. No soap in bathrooms or kitchen. No toilet paper, no garbage bags, no basic cooking supplies such as salt/pepper/sugar. They gym that is directly across the street, which sadly you look at from your living room is LOUD. Loud music from early in the morning. Everyday. The rooftop pool was the biggest disappointment. (it is a shared pool) The picture shows flower pots and large umbrellas. There were no flowers at all and the pots sat dirty with cigarette butts in them. Advertising an ocean view is weak. There is a large building right beside that blocks the main view but you can see the ocean off either side but very little. There was 1 umbrella that was completely busted and we were not able to use it. The photos show bright pillows and a white-washed look. There were no pillows and the ground area was stained and dirty looking. The property is located up a side street and there are a few restaurants and stores along the main road leading to the property, but certainly not the more desirable location of Nai Harn. You are a decent walking distance (20 minutes) to the busier area of Nai Harn that offers a far larger selection of restaurants. To reach Rawai you would need to take a taxi which was 200 baht each way or walk which would take about 1 hour. Overall our stay was average. We would not choose to rebook this property.

Girls Trip

There were a few issues with the property, but were resolved quickly. The property manager did not prepare the property before we arrived, and was late. He should have went there prior to our arrival, and turned on air, and did a walk through. The property was very clean, but the pictures are a lot nicer than reality. Great location, and a lot of restaurants. This is not close to all the action, but not too far either. We enjoyed not being so close, and the short scooter drive was fun.

Очень понравилось. Вид с терассу на крыше и с бассейна просто великолепен. Место расположения отличное. Все рядом на мото байке пять минут до пляжа. Вай фай скоростной. Телевидение три русских канала. Мне очень понравилось. Апартаменты огромные, на компанию ре 6-8 человек. Три спальни и огромный хол с диваном. Просто супер.
