This property is leased on a limited basis all lessees will need to sign rental agreements and shall accept liability for all guests. All rental agreements and documents will need to be approved by the Trustee of the Estate.
Payment term and security/damage deposit will be discussed and handled on an individual basis and all groups, parties, bands will need prior approval of the property Trustee.
