Everyone in real beds, with real mattresses, and great, cotton linens. No one has to sleep on a futon, sofa bed or bunk. Cribs are available for infants or young toddlers. The semi-private beach - with warm, shallow water, perfect for kids - is a few yards from the front door. Bayview Beach is around the corner. The house is available by the week (Saturday - Saturday) during peak summer season, from mid-June to mid-September. In the spring and fall, there is a 2-night minimum (3 or 4-night minimum over Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving) Please inquire. Closed from December - April.

The owners own a second house, right next door, (HomeAway #371706) that is rented for a maximum of nine guests. The houses can be rented together for a maximum of 24 guests.
Description of the house:
The main floor of the house has a living room, plus a sitting area, a kitchen with 11-foot island, a dining area, and a guest suite with bedroom (king bed), sitting room (with TV) and bathroom (with shower). There is a large deck with water views that is accessed from the kitchen as well as the guest suite.
The second floor has a master bedroom (king) with its own sitting area (with magnificent view of Lewis Bay), desk area, and bathroom (with shower); another master(king) with its own bathroom (with shower) and deck; a third bedroom w/ king bed; a fourth bedroom with king; and a large bathroom (with tub and separate shower) shared by the third and fourth bedrooms, and the attic room.
The basement has two daybeds which can be used as sofas during the day and twin beds at night. It has a large TV, a desk area, a bathroom (with shower), a laundry room, access to the patio, and access to the parking area.
The attic has three twin beds and its own deck with a magnificent, nearly 360* view of the water and surrounding area.
Owners can provide up to two cribs and two high chairs if needed.
All rooms are spacious, airy and beautifully furnished.
The house comes fully equipped. We provide all bed linens, and bath, beach and kitchen towels. The house is equipped with books, board games, cards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. Bring your own bicycles. There is central A/C plus a ceiling fan in each room. The kitchen is stocked with staples such as spices, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc., as well as a lobster pot, a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, and basic cleaning supplies. The range is a six-burner dual-fuel Viking, and the full-size refrigerator/freezer and refrigerator drawers are from Sub-Zero.
There is parking at the house for six cars, possibly more. Guests must confirm the number of cars that will be expected, in particular if there will be more than six.
The Owners live nearby and are usually onsite for check-ins and check-outs, and available during the week should the need arise.
The house is very centrally located. Within a few yards is a small semi-private beach and around the corner is Bayview Beach, at the entrance to Hyannis Harbor. Also within walking distance - the Hyannis Marina, the Steamship Authority Ferries, with boats to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and (a longer walk) downtown Hyannis (with shopping, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, post office, banks, and the JFK Museum). Within a short drive are the airport, bus station, hospital, the Hy-Line Ferries, the Cape Cod Mall, loads of discount shopping, the movie theater and numerous beaches and fresh-water ponds. The Cape Cod Melody tent in Hyannis has world-class performers every summer. The Cape Cod Symphony, also in Hyannis, gives concerts throughout the fall, winter and spring. Art shows, antiques fairs and flea markets abound all over the Cape throughout the year. There are several great public golf courses nearby. Our location is the perfect one from which to explore all corners of the Cape, participate in lots of activities - or just relax. The Cape is heaven and this house is paradise.
