This lovely property has 4,750 sq. feet and comfortably sleeps 16. It's ideal for families or groups wanting to get away and enjoy all Tahoe has to offer. Here, you will be close to skiing, shopping, restaurants, gambling, ice skating, hiking, water sports, snow play and so much more. Even so, you may not want to leave the house! With plenty of games, a pool table, 3 flat screens, wii, cable, internet, shuffleboard, and comfy couches, you'll have plenty of indoor entertainment! If you'd rather go exploring, there's paradise outside the back door. In the winter, it's perfect for sledding and snow ball fights. Best of all, you can send out the kiddos and easily see them from inside the house! In the summer, there's plenty of hiking close by: even a small creek not far. The house has a beautifully appointed kitchen, with tables and seating for 20. There's a patio/deck for when the weather is nice, and 3 gas fireplaces to keep cozy when it's not!

Great for Large groups

We enjoyed our stay- House is set up wonderfully for large groups. Kitchen is stocked well and they are assuming you are cooking for large groups of people. We appreciated that sleds were available for use.

Chalet in the snow family trip

It’s a beautiful house. It’s mostly clean but the maids could do better. We cleaned before we left and it was cleaner. Left over food from visitors gone by could be tossed out. The kitchen faucet needs a new washer. The ice maker didn’t make ice and dripped water on the floor. Having to do laundry for the beds and towels was not explained. I would have gladly paid more rather than my family getting up early and doing laundry. On the bright side: beautiful fireplace and furniture. The game room down stairs was awesome. The amount of room was great. Lots of bedrooms to choose from. Ownership very responsive and nice. The beds were wonderful and comfortable. We all slept like babies. Everything to cook with and more was amazing! The back yard area led to a little hill where we could saucer down the hill with the grandkids. What a great time!!! No one bothered us. It was so nice and quiet. Stores were close enough and using Instacart was a breeze. Downtown was about 10 minutes away and the lake very close too. What a great time we had. We’re discussing using it for a week vacation in the summer. FYI - the house is right against the road so if you’re brining a bunch of cars and it’s snowing no worries - this is not a through street and the neighbors let us know how to park. Thank you so much. - in the future please let the renters know they have laundry to do before you go. Otherwise. So good!

Tahoe ski trip

Great stay at this property! House seemed larger than the pics indicated, especially the main floor with kitchen, huge dining table, and entertainment/TV area. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the pantry contained odds and ends type item which proved helpful. The bedrooms were all as advertised. The house certainly has a mountain escape feel to it, and has beautiful views out of the back side. We used it as a base for friends to all ski at area resorts, Heavenly and Kirkwood. We had a great trip and would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Great place for a family trip

Everything was great. The views were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and gadgets. Was great space for a large family because spaces were large enough to all hang out together and there were multiple places to hang out. Location was great and the neighborhood was friendly. Messaged with the owner and got an immediate response. Overall was a perfect place to stay.
