About Valerie
We are Redgie & Valerie and live in the beautiful state of Colorado! We love to travel and experience new adventures as often as possible. Valerie has been involved in the vacation rental industry since 2002 (a former employee/Manager at VRBO/Homeaway until she retired in 2013.) We bought our first vacation rental property in Summit County, CO and now are happy to own three beachfront condos in the warmer climate of Florida! Our fifth vacation rental is a home in Lynchburg, VA and our most recent purchase is a home in sunny San Diego. We have loved sharing our homes with our guests over the years.

Why Valerie chose Dillon
We first visited Dillon in 2009. We had such a great time and were so awed by the majestic beauty of Lake Dillon and the mountains that we knew if we ever could buy a vacation rental property of our own this is where we would want to be. There is so much to see and do in Dillon and the surrounding area that no matter what the season, we always look forward to coming back and spending time here.
What makes this Condo unique
The unique benefit of this condo is the amazing view of the lake and surrounding Ten Mile Range that can be enjoyed from the large deck. The condo itself is one of the largest 2 BR units we saw when we were looking to buy. You can't beat it for spaciousness and the million $$ view!

Amazing views, spotless rooms, great location!!
Excellent Home Away from Home
This was the 4th time we've stayed at the property. It's amazing! We feel very much at home here. Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We love the steam shower and the gourmet kitchen. It is within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year!

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will return to this condo again. Everything was exceptional and clean and close to many restaurants, shopping and ski slopes!
Beautiful Condo
We stayed here for a couples ski trip and had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful with top notch amenities. Perfect location between Keystone and Breckenridge.

Dillon is a quaint mountain town located on the shore of Lake Dillon in Summit County. The picturesque town offers loads of great options for activities and attractions (see description details.) Walk to restaurants, bars, the marina and amphitheater or ride on the newly completed bike path around the lake. Within a short drive you'll find hiking trails, outlet shopping, movie theater and other great mountain towns such as Frisco, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. Dillon is a "hidden gem" and once you visit you'll always want to come back!
