Situated at the centre of downtown, and just minutes away from Marina Bay Sands, The Marina Barrage and The Gardens by the Bay.
The Marina Bay MRT station is about 5 minutes away, while the Raffles Place MRT station is about 8 minutes away. The Downtown line is located to the West of the apartment building.

Please inform us when making your booking, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
i. Early check-in from 0800 hrs to 1400 hrs
ii. Late check-out from 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs
House Rules: BOOKINGS:
Due to the high volume of bookings that we have, we reserve the right to seek your approval to be moved to another similar apartment at another/same location if there are any unforeseen changes to the availability of the booked apartment before your check-in date. If agreed, we will refund the difference (if any) in rental value of the two apartments in cash after you check-in. If you do not agree, we will cancel the booking and have HomeAway refund the booking amount in full to you. We will make every effort to ensure that such situations do not take place.
We seek your understanding and cooperation to treat our apartment just like your own home, and to help us keep our apartment well-maintained for each and every one of our guests, just like how we present it to you.
1. No Smoking Policy
We do not allow smoking in our apartment. Please refrain from smoking in our apartment at all times. For guests who do not comply with our No Smoking policy, a penalty of twice of the daily room rate made at the point of booking, will be charged to their bill.
2. Penalty for Missing / Damaged Key Card
A penalty of SGD100 will be charged to guests if they have misplaced or damaged our key card.
3. Booking of Apartment for Parties / Gatherings
Out of respect for our neighbours and so as not to cause any inconvenience to them, we do not allow any house parties and social gatherings to be organized in our apartment.
4. Pet Policy
We do not allow any pets in our apartment.
The experience was so bad during the day of check in and till now I cannot get any response for resolution. I had to resort to trying to send a complaint through Homeaway which I have just done as follows:
I am writing in to complain about the lack of integrity of the host (Harold Tan) for my recent booking via Homeaway and to get a resolution on the amount that I have paid (about $666) under Order ID: - 1B75N-Q1ST-ZAXD.
The background of the case is as follows:
1.I have booked for a 2 night stay from Dec 31st 2015 – Jan 2 2016 under the Property Name : Premium Elite 1 Bed Apt 12 @ Marina Bay to be near the fireworks which was instantly confirmed.
2.I have been exchanging communication with Harold prior the stay via the messages in the Homeaway portal and received feedback from him to contact Mr Lim for check in after 2 p.m.
3.I started messaging and calling Mr Lim to notify him that I was arriving since 3 p.m. and had no response. Only when I have reached the residences and was waiting with all my luggages and groceries did I receive a call from Mr Lim after many rounds of calling that there was a mistake and they said my booking was not processed and there was no room in the property for him. I rejected their offer for a full refund as I already had all my purchases prepared and it would have spoilt my staycation plans.
4.After waiting for half an hour, finally got feedback that there was another unit at a completely different location at Icon which I would not have booked in the first place as that did not meet my original wish to be near the fireworks but I had no choice then since it was already late evening to source another property. When we discussed compensation for the transportation to ICON and the lower price property and for not being able to stay where we originally wanted, Harold said that this can be discussed later after we solve the current issue of not having a place to stay which I took his word for it and went to ICON.
5.It was another ordeal waiting at ICON where I had to toggle between calling him as there was no answer and Mr Lim and at least half an hour standing outside the property to wait for someone to pass us the keys.
6.Throughout the two days stay, I messaged Harold to discuss compensation but had no reply at all. Upon almost checking out, I tried calling him and had no reply and I contacted Mr Lim again who after discussion with Harold called me back saying that his boss has...
Was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apt at The Sail (Central Park Towers). Located on 7th floor. View is fantastic - Marina bay and the lawn. Great for people watching from the living room n bedroom. The apt is spacious - good for 4-5 adults. It comes with 2 toilets - bath tub (master bedroom) n separate standing shower (common). Great shower (good water pressure). Very clean. Tastefully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen - WMF pots and pan, induction cooker hob, an electric oven. a queen bed in each bedroom. A 3-seater couch and a comfortable arm chair in the living room. Observation deck on level 34 is magnificent! The pool, aqua gym n recreation area are great! Security is tight. The only downside is the parking - very costly. But Harold did stressed that the parking is very expensive, especially weekdays. Nonetheless, a car is not necessary in Singapore, as the location is great - within walking distance to Raffles Place MRT (underground pedestrian link from the MRT to The Lawn (marina bay link mall). It is also within walking distance along the Promontory to Marina Bay Sands. The Promontory is exceptionally happening during weekends. Overall, great stay and value for money - cod was given a free upgrade.
