This modern and stylish four bedroom condo is poolside and close to all amenities.

Gorgeous, modern and bright furniture create a stylish coastal atmosphere in this in this luxurious condo. Downstairs living features a spacious lounge room which has easy pool access.

Upstairs four bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 King, 2 sets bunks gives space for 10 people to holiday comfortably. Great for 2 families. A porta-cot is available for your baby. Bright and light bathroom including relaxing bath tub and master includes spacious ensuite with WIR. An easy 400m stroll to the beach and 75m walk to the clubhouse.

Please note we do not accept Schoolies.

*Unless previous arrangements have been made, every attempt is made to provide guests with a late check out.

We can confirm a late check out of 12pm for an additional $50.00 or $100.00 for a 3pm departure, subject to availability.

Every effort is made to accommodate you in the property originally requested at time of booking. This, however, is subject to change without notice and may be due to the property no longer being offered for short stay rentals, the extension of a previous guest stay or the property has been sold. In such case, every effort will be made to relocate you to a similar property of equalvent value and size, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

We have supplied for your convenience quality Linen & Towels. Please do not take them with you! As these are white, please avoid using them to remove make-up or fake tan. Replacement charges will be taken from your Bond should these items be found to be unfit for guest usage as a result of staining.

Great care has been taken in selecting our furniture and house effects. It is there for your enjoyment. Please do not remove any items from the house or move furniture around within the property. Additional charges may apply should furniture need to be returned to its orignal position.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks. Only one set of keys is supplied for your stay, please contact our offie to arrange additional keys.

No responsibility is taken for the tenants personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

NO PARTY POLICY

Retreats Victoria has a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property and any additional costs incurred as a result of this process will be taken from the Bond.

The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed. Guest numbers above the number confirmed at time of booking will be evicted from the property immediately and any additional costs incurred as a result of this process will be taken from the Bond.

For all 'Couples Rate' Accommodation Specials, Guests are entitled the use of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living area. A full tariff will be charged in the event that more than the stated has been used.

Extra fees will be charged for the removal of excess rubbish left at the property.

Standard cleaning times are 2 Bedroom = 2 hours, 3 Bedroom = 3 hours, 4 Bedroom = 4 hours.

I booked this house through Golf Retreats Victoria. They were quick to respond to all enquiries (unlike so many other places I tried!), helpful, friendly and sent cute SMS/e-mail reminders.

The house was comfortable, clean and appeared as described. Also nice and close to the beach. Thank you so much I really did have a great stay, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a beach getaway with a bigger group of people.
