Two Bedroom, 2.5 Bath In Quiet, Affluent Neighborhood

Fully furnished two bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse with attached two car garage conveniently located inside the loop with easy access to US59 and Loop 610. Home is located behind Highland Village Shopping Center in the prestigious Lynn Park neighborhood on a quiet street with mature trees. You can walk to many shops and restaurants including Kate Spade, Lululemon, J. Crew, Anthroplogie, Starbucks, P.F. Changs, Sprinkles, and many more. Home is fully equipped with high-end furniture, linens, cookware, bakeware, grill, printer, home phone, cable, wi-fi, dvd players, Apple TV, Netflix and AmazonPrime. We also have a Keurig Coffee Maker and provide coffee for your stay, detergent for you to do your laundry in the upstairs washer/dryer and of course dish detergent, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, etc! You'll have a great stay here!

We are native Texans but because of the nature of my husband's work, we were relocated to Argentina. We lived in the Patagonia for almost two years and now we live in Buenos Aires. While we love traveling around all of South America with our two little girls, the best trips are always the ones back home!

Why Wendy B. chose Houston

We bought this property because after living abroad for a couple of years we decided we had to have a home base. When we were living in the Patagonia in Argentina, our home flooded and we were left living in hotels for over 4 months! All we could think about was how we needed a home of our own waiting for us back in Texas (staying with relatives is not the same!). Because of these experiences, we know what you need to be comfortable when you are away from home. Of course it is conveniently located to relatives (also known as babysitters!) about a block and half away. My sister has lived in the neighborhood for about 15 years and besides babysitting, also manages the home for us. The home was perfect for us as when we go back we want to shop, go to sporting events, and be close to my husband's workplace.

Extremely well-appointed & spacious townhouse close to upscale restaurants, shopping & grocery. From the open space living / dining to the tidy garage, this was the perfect spot for me & my dog during a month-long stay in Houston for work. And owner a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful property, great location

Our family stayed at this lovely townhome while my husband had surgery in downtown Houston. It ended up being a lengthy stay (3 weeks), and the owner was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay twice with no problems. It was truly a blessing to have a comfortable, clean place to go "home" to after a long day or night at the hospital. The property is located in an upscale neighborhood in Houston and we were close to everything and anything we could have needed or wanted- malls, grocery, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. The owner is wonderful as well. We would reccomend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Houston area.

Great Location, value and customer service

The location of this place is outstanding. The owner Wendy was available and very helpful. It was very important to her that we enjoyed our stay in her home and was available when we reached out with questions. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the Houston area.

This condo had it all!

We stayed here for about 6 weeks while my husband was undergoing treatment at MD Anderson. What a fantastic choice! The condo itself was laid out perfectly for our needs with tons of TV channels, fast wi-fi hook up, very comfortable bed & bedding, exceptionally equipped kitchen (w/kuerig coffee machine!), a high-end iron, and even a bluetooth printer (that came in very handy).

The location couldn't have been better. We were able to navigate quickly through the back road shortcuts to avoid all the madness of the freeways. It took only about 15 minutes to get to the medical center. A very hip shopping district was a short walk away. Shopping Central Market and eating at Smith & Wollensky's steak house (both about 3 blocks away) were WONderful experiences. If you eat at S&W, ask for Rene. She was an EXCELLENT server. AND their steaks were way better than Ruth's Chris' a few miles away.

But the best part of the condo was Wendy, the owner. I cannot say enough good things about this very special lady. She was always quick to respond to questions, always eager to meet any need, and always, always available for us. At a time when our emotions and stress levels were through the roof, it was a godsend to be able to count on someone as capable, considerate and generous as Wendy. If you choose this condo, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Perfect location!

My family and I stayed at Wendy's home for a month this summer...the home was perfect for us & well equipped to make us feel very comfortable! The location is perfect! Walking distance to highland village and a short drive to the Galleria and Rice Village for great shopping. Nestled in an upscale neighborhood with beautiful tree lined streets. Wendy went far beyond our expectations & we would definitely rent again. Thanks again for such a great experience!! Sincerely The Barkleys

Our home is located in the coveted 'inner loop' (bordered by four major highways, IH10, US59, Loop610, and IH45) allowing you to get to the major points in the city without spending too much time in traffic. US59 is less than a mile away and Loop610 is about a mile and a half away. Restaurants, both fast-food and very high end, abound within a 3 mile radius as do grocery stores and bars. Any shopping you could possibly want is within 5 miles and most is within 2 miles. Homes location also makes it easy to get to the Texas Medical Center, Downtown, and all major sports arena's and stadiums. The museum district is also a few miles away. Despite being conveniently located to all major points of interest, it is in a quiet, affluent neighborhood.
