Nerissa Bungalows No 4 (upstairs), set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room- kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. The apartment is in the 1st floor with fully tiled bathroom and complete air conditioning., A balcony of 20 m2 has stunning views down the coastline and provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee A balcony behind of 8 m2 is viewing the mount Ainos and you can stay there to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset behind trees This balcony is private for one bedroom. An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. Parking under the trees is available as well as kids' play ground. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed. Free stable wi-fi is available. The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).

Wonderful week away

A fabulous place for us to relax and chill. Beach a short, but steep stroll away. The most stunning and breathtaking of views x Dimitris and his lovely wife made us so welcome with advice, along with homemade food and wine.we are extremely grateful to have stayed at this apartment.

Spartià bungalow

Really wonderful view and location. Dimitris and Eleni brought us delicious home cooked meals and cakes and left lots of food for us including their own organic olive oil and wine. Very comfortable little flat. Things for the beach which is a short walk downhill. The most peaceful and tranquil place with lovely restaurant nearby. Small village is a short steep climb away with a shop and restaurant and public bus in the season. Wonderful relaxing holiday with great food and beautiful swimming in crystal clear sea.

Appartement mit Meerblick

Ruhig gelegenes, sauberes Appartement mit Meerblick, 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Einzelne Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem wird ein Mietauto empfohlen, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung vorhanden sind.

Dimitris - very helpful and hospitable host. The welcome package was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent location - 6 min walk to two quality beaches with beautiful sea. Walking distance to restaurants. Good location for trips around the island. We would love to come back

Traumurlaub mit Entspannungsgarantie

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, 7 und 11 Jahre, Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni, 11 Tage hier. Wir waren total begeistert von der Ferienwohnung und den sehr netten Vermietern. Wir wurden abends mit einem warmen und leckeren Essen begrüßet. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Strände waren für uns traumhaft, man hat Sand-, Kiesel -und Fels, so kann man z.B. am Felsen-Riff Schnorcheln und die Kinder baden wenige Meter entfernt am Sandstrand. Wir suchten Ruhe und fanden sie genau hier. Es gibt gute, idylische Griechische Restaurants, auch mit Bar, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und so war es uns möglich einen ersten Eindruck von einigen Teilen dieser schönen Insel zu bekommen und im nahegelegenen Supermarkt einkaufen. Uns hat es dann rund um Spartia und unserem Ferienhaus am besten gefallen. Hier ist es sauber und die Gärten und Häuser sind gepflegt. Es waren keine Wünsche offen. Wir wollen hier sehr gerne wieder einmal Urlaub machen.
