Great VRBO

I recently had the pleasure of booking a rental through VRBO, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience from start to finish! First off, the website was incredibly easy to navigate and use. I was able to filter my search results to find exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, size, and amenities. The listing for the property I eventually chose was very detailed and included plenty of photos, which made it easy to get a good sense of what the rental would be like. Communication with the property owner was also excellent. They were responsive to my questions and provided all the information I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When I arrived, the rental was even better than I expected. It was sparkling clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Highly recommend for a month long stay!

My stay here was ideal for my month in Denver. Jessica had the place equipped with everything I could possibly need. It was clean, decorated nicely, and the bed and couch were both very comfortable! Jessica made herself available if I needed anything and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would love to stay again if I return to Denver.

Worth all the stars

Jessica’s top floor flat is so cozy, I extended my stay. It’s immediately obvious a lot of care and attention has gone into creating a fully functioning, user friendly experience. Everything is cleaned to above standard. The bed’s comfortable, the pillows abundant, the closets are big and all for you (not owner junk storage,) the couch was great for curling up, and best of all there’s both an ottoman and a rocker, all slip covered and freshly laundered (great for people like me who don’t like to imagine what that gross stain or spill might be…) All appliances work great and Jessica kindly supplied an air filter that’s helped me survive this smoky summer. The unit itself is sunny, quiet and private, and the ac was more than a match for the heat. Favorite feature of all … the kitchen. Surprise - it’s functional! There’s Pyrex for storing food, plenty of silverware and dishes, bowls to prep with, more than 2 pans, multiple cutting boards, lots of supplies … I’m used to experiencing the bare minimum (toaster oven, hand me down cookware, limited utensils, and a list of carry outs.) In short, this is not your average, presumptuously overpriced, under-decorated Denver rental (i know, I’ve been staying at them for 2-3x the cost the previous 3 months, as I decide whether to move back.) This is a place full of thoughtful decisions, that provides everything you need to be comfortable for a couple months, at an excellent price point.

This is a good one

Great place on a great neighborhood. Fun local places to walk to. Loved grilling out. Easy access to downtown and Hwy 25. Owner very attentive to any questions I had.
