Ski in/out

Beautiful duplex in awesome location. Ski in/ski out off Home Again trail. Very short walk to Snow bus and mountain bars. Only concern was terrible mattresses. Sounds petty, but when I say terrible I mean none of us slept for a week and fought over who gets to sleep on the couch. Highly recommend replacing them with a more neutral mattress.

Property is beautiful. Owners are kind and great to deal with. House has plenty of room for 8 people

My family went to Kalispell 7/20-7/27 for a small family reunion. We took our 2 yr old grandson with us and were honestly not sure how he would do in a strange house. He did great because of the layout of the house. The house is set up with a Master bedroom and master bath on the first floor which also includes an "open floor plan" with large family room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a 1/2 bath on the first floor and a good sized laundry room with stacked washer & dryer and "cubbies" for miscellaneous storage. There is a nice sized deck off the family room. There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the 3rd has 2 sets of bunk beds) and 2 baths in the basement which also has a nice sized family room with a big screen TV and a pool table in a separate room. The house is complete with everything you need in addition to the washer/dryer, there are stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee pot (and a coffee grinder), plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, glasses, cooking utensils and a grill. We hosted our reunion one night and there was plenty of room for all 18 of us! The home is located about 1/2 way up Big Mountain so the views are gorgeous. We saw deer every day & you're only about 12 minutes from the town of Whitefish and about 30-35 minutes from Kalispell airport. The owners, Tom & Stephanie Lund are wonderful. The only negative thing we would say about the house is the mattresses are hard (the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars). But if that doesn't bother you then you will find the home a perfect place to stay!

Excellent ski vacation property.

Very nice and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very clean throughout. The owners were very good to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home for your Whitefish Mountain vacation. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a hot tub on the patio.

This is our third stay in this beautiful mountain cabin. The home is lovely with all the ammenities for a wonderful family/friend vacation. The owners are delightful to work with and very concerned that their home is perfect for their guest. The convenience to the Home Again ski run is wonderful. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a first class vacation rental

Holiday at Whitefish

The home itself is spacious and has most basic amenities. That said the beds are especially stiff throughout the home. It was a common complaint among our party. Another minor but odd characteristic, is the owners leave their personal family photos up around the home. There is no hot tub, but you obviously know that prior to renting. In summary, for the same amount of money you could find accommodations with more amenities and beds that are not of stone.
