Very comfortable

We found this property to be comfortable and well stocked with household and beach items for our stay. The location in proximity to the beach can't be beat, and we found other renters in Royal Orleans to be friendly and helpful.

Nice studio w/ a great location

This place was perfect for my wife and I. It is an easy walk to the beach, and so centrally located. Great restaurants near by. Hope to stay here again.

Cozy Studio

The unit was exactly as described...perfect location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, safe neighborhood, it had everything we needed for a quick visit and was very clean. Burkhard was excellent to communicate with and he was quick to answer our question. We did not cook but the kitchen looked stocked to make meals. The beach chairs and towels were a bonus. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Great place!

Redington Beach is the most beautiful, relaxing area along Florida's Gulf Coast. The Royal Orleans is known for quality upkeep, management as well as a quieter place to stay. And the pool is always a warm mid 80 degrees!

What makes this property unique

While staying at their properties, the owners enjoy the easy access to the beach, delicious seafood restaurants and the close distance to Tampa International Airport. They often skip the rental car and take a shuttle to the condo and use the Trolley service that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach! Even John's Pass and Treasure Island are close by.
