I'm unable to review this apartment as we couldn't stay there because of some maintenance issues. we were told this the day before we were due to arrive and had some concerns until the next morning when we finally heard from Alex who offered us another apartment in a different part of the city. By this stage we were desperate to stay anywhere so we accepted the alternative which turned out to be in a high rise block in Southbank. It was a good apartment with a wonderful city view, not where we had planned to be but it worked for us. Having read reviews on other sites for the Iconic apartment it seems these "maintenance issues" happen frequently so if you book it don't be surprised if it isn't available but rest assured that Alex will come through for you with an alternative. Once he made contact with us he was very helpful, friendly and charming and delivered the goods.

If you book through this site be warned that even if you are in Australia you will be charged in US dollars and your bank will charge you a conversion fee.
