About Keith Ballek
We are renting for the first time for the 2014-2015 ski season. I am originally from New Jersey, moved to Vermont in 1984 and currently live in the town of Sheffield. My sister and her family come to visit often, and we bought this condo together so they would always have a fun place to stay that isn't too far from my place. My niece and nephew just love it here, especially in the winter!
Keith Ballek purchased this Condo in 2010
Why Keith Ballek chose East Burke
Burke Mountain is a wonderful family resort all year round. Kingdom Trails is well-known as a world class system of biking trails and has been voted one of the best in the USA. The condo is located on High Meadows Pass, and has excellent trail access. You can ski right up to the condo entrance!

Good but note - a summer time trip, no AC.
Good but note - a summer time trip, no AC. but the roof dormers can be opened. I'd suggest screens on the Dormer windows.
Perfect spot for the weekend activities!
Keith, is very responsive and keeps a clean place in a great spot for all the local events.
Cozy place, ski in/out
Had a great werkend at this place. Price was fantastic for a simple, rustic condo. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was more than big enough for our group with separate rooms, areas for kids and adults. The owner answered all of our questions and was available if needed. We would definitely come back.
Clean and cozy
Good location and the owner was very easy to work with. the place was clean and had plenty of beds for my group which was nice.
perfect location, great time
If you have a group and are really looking for ski in / out this one is great, don't expect fancy not the point with this property., it's about the location, a good crash pad and lots of laps on the hill
A little threadbare, but great slope side location
We loved our stay. The only criticism would be that the furniture could use an upgrade. There was a couch and then just hard back chairs. No bedside lighting. Even so we would happily come back. The convenience to the mountain can’t be beat.
