2 B/R - 2nd floor Penthouse in the 'Patatran' block of apartments , measuring 165 SQM, superbly located in the fully developed quiet southern part of the Island with a commanding view on the Eden Island Deep Water Marina . No sound emission whatsoever from the Marina .

The Penthouse features 2 bedrooms, the Master with a king size double bed and the 2nd room with two single beds . Both rooms have en suite bathrooms with separate shower and toilet cabinets plus wall safes. There is a large indoor living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all Miele appliances and a huge breezy covered wrap around veranda (65 m2) offering fascinating views, privacy and relaxation space. The whole apartment has been completely refurbished and fitted with brand new furniture in January 2016!

The nearby horizon is dominated by Mahe Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean. On the veranda there is an outdoor dining set for up to 8 guests with a Weber Gas Grill , 3 sun-beds and a settee from which to enjoy the unique sunsets.

The penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout (with extra ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the veranda) , TV sets with DSTV Sat subscription in all rooms , free WIFI (slow) and a golf cart to move around the island. A double seater Kayak is also available upon request. The Penthouse is within easy walking distance of Eden Island's 4 private swimming beaches. A swimming pool is just 50m away whilst the clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym , a further swimming pool, a flood lit tennis court a childrens' play room and a snack bar. Eden Island also offers a retail centre with a Supermarket, banks, ATMs, a wide range of boutiques, cafes , bars and half a dozen of seaside restaurants catering to a great variety of tastes and budgets.

Minimum stay is 4 - 7 nights. Sleeps max 4 adults plus one juvenile up to 12 years!

Snorkling sets can be rented at US $ 20.00 per set for the duration of your stay.

Cleaning at least once a week with change of linen and towels.

Just what the doctor ordered

Our two weeks in this property relieved more stress than my recent spinal operation. My wife and I, and our daughter and her fiancée, enjoyed our time in the Seychelles, but you could have transplanted this apartment to almost anywhere, and it would have had the same effect. The penthouse is very quiet, absolutely fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and in the best location on Eden Island. At first, I thought it would be better overlooking a beach, but after arriving, and taking in the peaceful entertainment from the activity on the marina, I changed my mind. While seated on the expansive balcony, you see the dramatic granite cliffs across the water in front, open water to the left, and the beautiful marina to the right. As for the unit itself, the provision of every sort of cooking utensil and gadget, the generous supply of dishes of every type, and TWO dining tables with six seats each (one table on the wraparound balcony) made cooking, and eating, a pleasure (the Spar grocery store is a short drive away, in the golf cart). The furniture is high quality throughout, the clothes washer and dryer are easy to use, and big, and the beach is a short stroll away. To top it off, the owner, Georges, is a true professional, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Drop everything, and rent this unit now. You and your family will love it.

Beautiful apartment and facilities. Georges was an outstanding host

The four of us (two couples) stayed for four days and we were thoroughly impressed with the penthouse and its views, the well designed layout (beautiful and spacious wrap around veranda where we enjoyed drinks and sights) and ample, well appointed accommodations. The facilities offered within the resident area (beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.) were all close at hand and extremely easy to get to with the supplied golf cart. Georges' attention to detail in hosting us, managing the reservation, and providing suggestions on things to do made the stay worry free and a lot of fun. Ron the driver was outstanding..on time, full of great ideas on things to do, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a really nice person and a joy to be around.

We would highly recommend to anybody wanting to have a great and comfortable place to call "home" while spending time in Mahe

Beautiful Penthouse

Our stay at Eden Island Penthouse was everything we expected and more. The view overlooked Mahe Island and the marina. It was a breathtaking view. We rented a catamaran for the day and they picked us up right in front of the penthouse. We had the convenience of a golf cart to run around the island. We went snorkeling at the beaches right by the house. It was so nice to have the comforts of home. We were able to buy groceries and fix our meals or head up to Eden Plaza for dinner or coffee. They had two wonderful restaurants that we all really liked, The Boardwalk and Bravo. We will definitely recommend our friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einer sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung auf Eden Island. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle zentrale Lage. Hervorzuheben ist der wirklich großzügige Terrassenbereich mit vielen Sitz- und Liegeflächen. Eden Island selbst bietet viele verschiedene Aktivitäten, Restaurants, und wunderschöne Strandbereiche. Jeder Wohnung steht ein Golfcar zur Verfügung um tägliche Wege zu verkürzen. Die Buchung als auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr professionell und unkompliziert. Die Insel Mahe bietet traumhafte Strände, nette Einwohner und ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 💯% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und freuen uns bereits schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. Marco Müller und Luis Carmona
