2 B/R - 2nd floor Penthouse in the 'Patatran' block of apartments , measuring 165 SQM, superbly located in the fully developed quiet southern part of the Island with a commanding view on the Eden Island Deep Water Marina .

The Penthouse features 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds , en suite bathrooms, a large indoor living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all Miele appliances and a huge breezy covered wrap around veranda (65 m2) offering fascinating views, privacy and relaxation space. The whole apartment has been completely refurbished and fitted with brand new furniture in January 2016!

The nearby horizon is dominated by Mahe Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean. On the veranda there is an outdoor dining set for up to 8 guests with a Weber Gas Grill , 3 sun lounges and a settee from which to enjoy the unique sunsets.

The penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout (with extra ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the veranda) , TV sets with DSTV Sat subscriptions in all 3 rooms, free WIFI and a golf cart to move around the island. It is within easy walking distance of Eden Island's 4 private swimming beaches. A swimming pool is just 50m away whilst the clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym , a further swimming pool, a flood lit tennis court a childrens' play room and a snack bar. Eden Island also offers a retail centre with a Supermarket, banks with ATMs, a wide range of boutiques, cafes , bars and half a dozen of seaside restaurants catering to a great variety of tastes and budgets.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Sleeps 4 persons comfortably .! In case you prefer a smaller apartment or need some extra accomodation for your Nanny / Valet we could also offer you our 1 B/R "Eden Island Marina Front" apartment just next door!

Behind the apartment is our private berth at which our two-engined Bavaria Sports Daycruiser (m.v. "YARA") is moored up. Tenants of our apartments can , subject to prior arrangement, be taken out for a variety of snorkling, diving, fishing or plain sight seeing cruises.

Beautiful Penthouse

Our stay at Eden Island Penthouse was everything we expected and more. The view overlooked Mahe Island and the marina. It was a breathtaking view. We rented a catamaran for the day and they picked us up right in front of the penthouse. We had the convenience of a golf cart to run around the island. We went snorkeling at the beaches right by the house. It was so nice to have the comforts of home. We were able to buy groceries and fix our meals or head up to Eden Plaza for dinner or coffee. They had two wonderful restaurants that we all really liked, The Boardwalk and Bravo. We will definitely recommend our friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
