Ground Floor Condo - Has that WOW factor! Our cool and comfortable 1,932 sq ft. condo has one bedroom (with a king bed) , 1.5 baths - exposed brick, high ceilings and a true city feel - steps from everything Newport has to offer. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, pool table, foosball, shuffle board, wet bar, washer/dryer and flat screen tv.

Upstairs Unit is Gorgeous! 3 bedrooms - all with king beds - 2 full bathrooms and access to rooftop deck (in season).

Located in the trendy South Broadway district - Live like a local -Some of Newport’s top restaurants are just steps from the door - five minute walk to downtown Harbor and shops - five minute walk up to Bellevue Ave.

******We know this LOOKS like a great place to party, but due to our nice neighbors, who we like and want to like us, we can not host partiers here. If you're looking for a great place to unwind with friends or family after enjoying all the great things Newport has to offer, this is it!


Zip car and Hertz 2 blocks away - bus stop across the street.

Easy walk to just about everywhere - Walk to the Ocean in 15 minutes and the downtown/harbor is only a 5 minute walk. Once you get here you really don't need a car. Newport has so much to offer all year round - you'll never be bored!

THE 'WARTS' - Every place has them :)

The 'Den' area has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses and a room divider - but no door

The apartment is ground level and has a condo above so you will hear all the noise associated with lively urban apartment living.

Also, the half bath is very small and located through the bedroom.

GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO THE PEOPLE STAYING IN THE UNIT (MAX 10 or 4 Down - 6 Upstairs if renting separate.).

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF MY NEIGHBORS - The noise does carry so we ask that you bring the noise in from the roof after 10 pm.

Parking: There is on street parking and I've never had to walk more than a block. Please pay attention to the signs regarding parking.

I have one guest pass (for each unit ) for resident parking only streets - which mine is - only required May 1 to Oct 1 ) Passes absolutely MUST be returned PLEASE - replacements are next to impossible to get. The upstairs unit also comes with one off street spot about two blocks away.

I can be reached 24/7 on my cell phone. My property manager, Patti, is across the street should the need arise.

Zip car 2 blocks away - Bus stop across the street.

*Cleaning is done before guests arrive and after they check out. Cleaning fees cover basic turnover cleaning - The STOVE, microwave and refrigerator should be left as clean as you found it. Because of guest feedback, we ask that you keep the next renter in mind and refrain from cooking seafood and other foods that leave a lingering odor. Additional cleaning fees will apply and will be deducted from deposit if property requires additional cleaning.

I appreciate your interest in my home. Please understand that in order to keep my neighbors happy and to make sure my home stays beautiful, I ask that you limit the amount of people in the unit to 4 downstairs - 6 upstairs (this includes day guests) or 10 if renting both units..

I have been honest in my description, I appreciate honesty from my quests; if you plan on entertaining, there are lots of other properties that welcome it.

It has been a dream our ours to own a place in Newport since the first time we came to visit over 15 years ago. Our daughter moved to Providence, so we thought this we be a great place for us to spend time together. When we found this place, we were sold!

Fantastic home & location!

This is our 2nd stay! We loved it just as much as last November's stay. Barbara is wonderful to work with along with Patti her manager. No other place in Newport can offer as much! Barbara pays attention to deals.. from snacks, wine, Alexa, but the best is the WONDERFUL mattress and pilllows!!! Great home indoors with all the game tables, big tv and spacious living area.

We walked everywhere shops, harbor, grocery store. Many great (even very affordable- to us that was surprising for Newport) restaurants just out side the front door.

LOVE it so much we are coming back in May!!

Wonderful getaway!

Really enjoyed our visit to Newport at 1 Bull Street. It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. Had a great time shooting pool, playing foosball, and shuffle board. Barbara was highly accommodating and provided many great tips that made the trip even better. Would love to return soon!

Absolutely perfect!

My fiancé and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway and wound up selecting Newport, RI as our destination. Although Newport is filled with Bed and Breakfasts, Hotels, Motels, etc we wanted our own space to stretch out and relax but also still be in the thick of the downtown scene. By a small stroke of luck, Barbara and Anthony's apartment on Bull St. was available the weekend we would be visiting and words do not do this place justice. The interior is even better than the pictures depict, the location is perfect (nestled on a quiet street corner literally steps away from Thames St as well as other business filled sections of town). The new king size bed Barbara and Anthony invested in was the most comfortable sleep either of us have had, ever! We played pool, shuffle board, walked downtown every morning to gaze at the water and local scenic views...this place is a GEM! Two bathrooms, super comfy couch, Tv's in both the living room and bedroom, awesome kitchen with a great long marble table you can post up on, sip wine and watch TV. DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS...this property had so many of them.

Thanks again Barbara for your excellent communication, responsiveness during our stay, this was truly like being in a home away from home and we would certainly come back to visit next year. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking to stay in Newport, whether it be for a quick weekend or a more extended stay. It has everything you need to be comfortable no matter what your plans. Cheers everyone, don't let this one pass you by!

Within walking distance to just about everything, this property is urban living with the Ocean just a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We are in the trendy South Broadway district - The best restaurants and bars are just outside the door while the Harbor/Wharf is a 5 minute walk in one direction and Bellevue Ave is 5 minutes in the other!

We are in a great location but be advised, it does come with the noise associated with living in a condo as there is a condo above us and we are at street level.

The 'den area ' has a room divider and a daybed with pullout trundle bed (2 twin mattresses).

With so much to see in Newport you'll never be bored. An absolute must see is the Cliff Walk - it will take your breath away - it's 3.5 miles long (but there are plenty of places to get off) and gets more beautiful the further down you go. Make sure to wear appropriate shoes as part of the walk requires walking over rocks. Check out or WhatsUpNewport for events during your stay.
