PARK AND WALK !

Location is everything! If we were any closer we'd be in the Park! Our beautiful 1950 sq ft open plan, spacious home is located in the beautiful Anaheim Resort and across the street from Disneyland, in a quiet, established neighborhood just 10 minutes walking distance to Down Town Disney where a short walk will take you into the entrance to Disneyland or California Adventure. Or you can also ride the Monorail into the only stop at Tomorrow Land in Disneyland.

Home Two is our beautiful gem of a house and is exclusively located adjacent to the Anaheim Resort . Our Home Two has a tasteful open plan designed especially with an enhanced experience for our guests. You can view the fireworks sitting in our beautiful hot tub and take pictures as you OOH and AAH at the colors that light up the night sky. This amazing 1950 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath family home is fantastic value for your hard earned money with attention to every last detail to make your family vacation a memorable one that will last a lifetime. Home Two, while it is an open plan modern design still pays homage to its 1955 vintage having been built for the employees who came to help Mr. Disney build Disneyland. The 1955 vintage floors are beautiful quarter-sawn oak in keeping with the style of the house. Our Kitchen is a cook's dream with everything supplied to help you provide large or small meals with ease.

You won't need a car to stay at any of our homes because it is all about location, location, location. Please read our Five Star reviews submitted directly by our guests and check availability on our updated calendar. Our homes are the closest single family homes to Disneyland and both are within a 10 minute walk of Downtown Disney. We sit nestled under the Big Ears as they are affectionately known in our neighborhood.

We encourage our guests to come home and nap in the afternoon, re-group, dine and go back to the Parks to enjoy the night refreshed. We are proprietors and not managers or a management company so our nine years’ experience gives us the edge when it comes to supplying your every need while away from home. We designed this home with families in mind so that everyone will have their own space at the end of the long bustling days of having fun. We are on hand at any time day or night if needed for directions, restaurant tips and grocery store drop offs, etc.

The walk to Disneyland is a breeze and is more convenient that the multi-storey parking structure for sure.

We only hope that everyone who enters our home as guests leave as friends.

About Frances

We are passionate about the hospitality industry. When we started nine years ago, the vacation rental concept was new in Anaheim. We have watched the vacation rental business grow, but we are most grateful for our returning guests year after year and only then do we know that our labor of love is well received.

We live on the same street as our homes and that is by design. We have been strong proponents of all things Anaheim for a very long time, in particular the beautiful resort area. We are blessed to do business in a safe neighborhood where we are well known and respected. We look forward to sharing our homes and introducing our guests to our neighborhood and it is our hope that everyone who enters our homes as guests will leave as friends.

Excellent house for families

House was even better than pictures, very clean and well-equipped. Lots of room for bigger families. Frances was very welcoming and helpful, great to deal with. Her tips on best route into the parks and where to go for groceries were spot on. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

It was everything and more than was advertised.

Our family spent a week in this lovely home and it had everything we needed. Very close to Disneyland and Francis made sure everything was top notch. Hope we get a chance to go again to this home.

Best place to stay when visiting disneyland

We spent our Christmas in this house and it was magical! Our host Frances was very kind and helpful. She let us in the house a little early as we arrived sooner than expected. The house was very clean and decorated beautiful for Christmas. Frances even left us a present under the tree! Frances gave us a list of activities and maps to shopping, which worked out very well. Getting to the beach with her help was awesome and very easy to find. The best part was getting to Disneyland. It was a snap. We just walked back and forth from the house to the park. We would come home for meals and go right back to the park, which saved us a ton of money on food. No parking needed. Just walk from the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed.(kitchen, bathroom, movies, games, toys, and books.) The hot tub was very clean and nice, especially after walking disneyland all day. We did have a problem with one of the bathroom faucets but Frances responded immediately and had it repaired very quickly. Thank you to John and Frances for their hospitality. I would give more stars if possible.

Beautiful home and great location

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner Frances. She was very friendly and showed us around. The House was equipped with everything we needed. You can view the fireworks right from the backyard.

Great Home Away from Home

This is a great property. The house is kept very clean and has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen has everything you need (we got really excited when we found the french press for our morning coffee) They have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The appliances are all new and work well. The game room was a great benefit as it gave a place for kids to play and watch TV while the adults hang out in the main room.

We tried to order groceries from Vons but their next delivery date was not until the next day. So we tried InstaCart and got groceries from Ralph's. First-time users can get the delivery fee waived. Also, we did not rent a car. We easily got Lyft's and Uber's anytime we needed them. We had little kids so walking was not going to be an option. A regular car was about $6 to the gate. A larger vehicle cost about 10. It was a great way to get around.

Frances was very gracious in letting us check in early too! She showed us around the house and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Disneyland.

Our property is located in the beautiful Anaheim Resort area, under the 'Big Ears' as Disneyland is affectionately known in our neighborhood.

We are within a 15 minute walk to the Down Town Disney District where there are lovely Restaurants and Shops along with Street Entertainment for your added enjoyment.

We are 5 minutes away from Angels Stadium home to the Angels Baseball team, 8 minutes away from the Honda Center home to the Mighty Ducks Hockey Team. The Honda Center is a large concert venue along with The Grove at Anaheim.

We are a 15 minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center host to the largest conventions on the West Coast.
