This gorgeous 4 bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space. It has been built with top quality finishes.
Perfect for a relocating professional with the capability of utilising this as a home office space. Positioned perfectly for someone needing to be near to RPA or Sydney Uni.
The lower level of the house has a large bedroom/office with ensuite. There is another bedroom with built in robes as well as a secondary living area and access to the courtyard with a dining table to seat 6. There is also a powder room on this level.
There are polished timber floors throughout. The all white kitchen is on the first floor and very well equipped with all you would need to prepare a gourmet meal or just a quick snack. All the bathrooms are ultra modern with large showers.
Also on the first floor, bedroom 3 has a built in wardrobe and balcony. There is a laundry cupboard and also a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen and dining room patio windows open completely to the pergola overlooking the rear terrace.
On the top level is a large attic bedroom with built in wardrobes.
This area enjoys ease of travel to Sydney as it is so close to Enmore Railway station. The bus stop is also nearby. Although the trains run past the house there is minimal noise impact as the house is double-glazed.

Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
