We love its south city centre location, the fact that you can walk to Grafton street (the heart of the city and many of the major museums, galleries, concert venues, restaurants and tourist attractions in only a few minutes.

Perfect for us, highly recommend!

Besides being conveniently located, this condo has comfortable beds, modern amenities and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were a family of 4 traveling from the US with my 70 yr old mother so 5 of us all together. We had a fantastic 3 days and 3 nights in Dublin using the condo as our home base. The condo is located only a few short steps from the Charlemont Tram stop but also within easy walking distance to downtown attractions. We chose to buy a 48-hour hop on hop off bus ticket for wider access to the city's attractions and climbed aboard each day on the north side of St Steven's Green Park which was an easy 15 min walk from the condo. We enjoyed having the option to make our own breakfast in the morning and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine for our coffee/expresso. For our other meals, we found lots of great options within a 10 to 15-minute walk. The owners Brendan and Sandra were an absolute pleasure to deal with and as an added bonus the Dublin guidebook they have put together was instrumental in planning our days' activities. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Dublin!

Nice Apartment

Nice, clean place. Close to the light rail to get to the city center or a 15 minute walk. Everything worked well and had no problems at all. The apartment faces the street and with all the construction in the area there is a bit of noise. The windows do have insulated sound shutters which work well when closed. The owners are nice and helpful.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely, well maintained condo. It is located in a great location and a very easy and enjoyable walk to St. Stephens Green, Grafton Street, Trinity College and the quays. We also enjoyed spending some time in the quaint Ranelagh area, which is a short walk from the condo. The owner provided an outstanding overview of restaurants, places of interest and general information about the condo. Dublin is a beautiful city and we look forward to a return visit soon! Highly recommend this vrbo!

A great spot in Dublin

The apartment is well maintained and nicely equipped two bedrooms and two baths. The great location makes it even sweeter for getting around the city. It is a few minutes walk to the Tram station that takes you into the center city or connects you to the other transit options.

Very present and secure . We enjoyed the time in Dublin and the use of the unit.
