Adorable cottage in Easton's Point. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 (plus full sleep sofa in living room). 4 guests allowed to book, but you may have up to two guests sometime during your stay. Meticulously maintained, hardwood floors, granite counters, updated bathroom. Decorated in a beach theme. Located in desirable Easton's Point, easy walk , 1/10 of a mile to entrance of first beach (Easton beach), Cliff Walk, Norman Bird Sanctuary, Second Beach (Sachuest), Third Beach, and Newport Vineyards. One mile to Newport center and to mansions. Perfect family or couples get away. Covered porch with rockers, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Side yard, with table and chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Off street parking for 2 cars. Central Air conditioned.

Great cottage!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) was super comfortable staying here. Would recommend!

Cozy cottage conveniently located

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely cottage. It exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable and is conveniently located. We enjoyed many excellent meals, highlights being breakfasts at YiaYia’s Cafe (in the Sea Breeze Inn) and dinner at The White Horse Tavern. Visiting the mansions was great fun, as was a day trip to the Mystic Seaport Museum. All in all, it’s been a great trip and we’re very thankful to our hosts for their responsiveness and kindness.

We are Chuck and Debbie Bodemann. We live in Berlin, MA but are down in the Newport area a lot since our father and sister live in the area. We have 2 children, a boy (age 27) and a girl (age 30). We are 'foodies" so that is why we like the Newport area with its many excellent restaurants.

Why they chose this property

Perfect location. In a very quiet group of 4 cottages. perfect for a family or 1 or 2 couples. Cook in or dine out in the many fabulous restaurants in the area.

What makes this property unique

Cozy, near beaches, very close to Newport center, but in a quiet family neighborhood. More affordable that staying in a hotel with the comforts of home.

We supply high quality linens and bed bug protectors for the mattresses and pillows. All linens including mattress covers and quilts/blankets are cleaned for each guest prior to arrival. We have enormous pride in the cleanliness of our property and hope you will be very satisfied. We follow all VRBO and State requested covid cleaning guidelines.
