There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and it's continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great sea-side restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

A small fee is charged for the use of the foldaway at $25/night or $100/week. A cot and and high chair can be provided for a small fee; BYO cot linen. No hidden fees or taxes. Surcharges are added to these standard rates for special event periods.
This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 28 nights, but shorter stays may be available.
Rates allow for up to 2 people in the king bed apartment.

Luxury, plus convenience - perfect for couples. We stayed over the New Year's period and couldn't have been happier. The location is ideal. 5 minutes to the CBD, walking distance to the beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on the street below. The furniture is modern, stylish and comfortable. No expense has been spared in terms of attention to detail. The effort to make guests comfortable, including the fully equipped kitchen, the luxurious bedding, the airconditioning - made our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay... We stayed at Port Melbourne for over 6 weeks and could not fault a thing. Me and my family temporarily relocated for work reasons and were so happy to have chosen this place to stay. This is in a great location, only a block from the beach and all the shops you need are at your doorstep. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Chris was also fantastic in helping us with whatever we needed during our stay.

Excellent location, fantastic apartment. We had lovely 2 week stay at Port Melbourne, January 2013. The location is fantastic on the main street of Port Melbourne with lots of restaurants and shops to check out. There's also a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment is lovely and very well stocked. The balcony has stunning views. A great place to stay!

House Rules: The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.
If pets are entering the property or staying at the property (only allowable for pet friendly properties), this must be disclosed at the time of booking, or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. In that case we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternative (email hidden)ere is no surcharge for pet guests. If extensive additional cleaning is required, this will be charged for using the credit card provided for payment (or left for security). The general house rules for pet guests are to not allow them on the beds and furniture, not to allow them to damage any property and to clean up after them before leaving the property. Guests will be liable for any necessary cleaning and dry-cleaning if required. Additionally, the number of pet guests must be disclosed clearly at the time of booking and will also be noted on your invoice.
All StayCentral serviced apartments are non-smoking indoors. We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if we become aware of guests or their friends smoking indoors. There may also be additional cleaning fees to remove any smoke fumes from the property.
You will agree to any other reasonable house rules which may be made available to you at the property.
In the case of StayCentral properties which are part of a residential apartment complex, guest are required to enter and exit the property quietly.
For all properties, the noise level must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 8am Sun-Thu nights, and between 11pm and 9am Fri-Sat nights.
All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs.
Guests may not engage in any illegal activity at the property.
