Overview

Photos and Description of this Sunset District holiday apartment

This wonderful flat used to be the residence of the previous building owner. Great for families! It is very spacious, bright and sunny with hardwood floors. There are 3 bedrooms each with full size beds. Recently remodeled, it has 2 bathrooms each with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub for you to relax. The large kitchen features granite counter tops and 2 ovens. There are 3 bedrooms which includes a master bedroom (with built-in desk/shelves). Simple amenities such as soap, shampoo, toiletries, are available and I am more than happy to provide guests with items that could improve their stay.

Muni N line is right down the street, which goes all the way across SF and ends near AT&T park. Downtown SF, BART stations, and Caltrain stations are all connected to N line making travel to any of the 3 bay area airports, downtown, embarcadero, financial district, Gold Gate bridge, and even SF zoo an easy trip.

Furthermore the train runs till after midnight. A full day of site seeing can be done without worrying about getting back before the train stops. You can enjoy a peaceful rest back at your flat without the noise, commotion, traffic, and smells of downtown.

Great place to stay and in a great location. Parking was a little difficult at times however public transport was just at the end of the road.

Nice clean home with plenty of space.

Great stay in the outer sunset

  • 4 of 5

Very nice flat, everything we needed , close to restaurants on Judah. The ocean a couple blocks away. Nice master bedroom and attached bath, the other bedrooms had a hall bath, Good kitchen, although we ate out mostly, good hot water and pressure in the showers. Everything was fine, and the flat is really quiet even on the weekend! The master and back bedroom beds are quite soft, the other is more firm. Great place n location !

Best place to stay in the Sunset!

  • 5 of 5

I was very happy with the apartment location, cleanliness and spaciousness. Yury took care of our questions with prompt replies and explanations via e-mail. The apartment is very spacious for San Francisco, we needed to have a comfortable and affordable place for 6 women and this place worked perfectly for our needs. I'll make it very simple to why we loved our stay in San Francisco and especially in Yury's apartment.

The location is a block from the Judah rail line, public transportation that will get you anywhere in the City. There is a parking space in front of the apartment dedicated to the apartment unit, this is a very nice amenity if you rent a car. There is a fabulous coffee shop, Java Beach Coffee within a block of the apartment. The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the beds were okay but then most beds outside of your own are okay and not as comfortable as your own bed and pillow. The apartment is clean and the view is bright as it looks out onto the street. It's on the second floor and not an issue to schlepp groceries or bags to the apartment. There are however neighbors above the apartment and you'll hear them walking on the hardwood floors from time to time, this by no means is a deal breaker, they're not loud and we were rarely in the apartment.

Overall, the value, location and space was terrific and I would highly recommend staying at Yury's apartment.

Great place to call home while visiting San Francisco

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at Yury's home ...... a perfect location. Just on the edge of GG Park, and so close to public transportation and the beach. Why hassle driving and parking in SF when you can hope on the Muni (just one block away) and be dropped off in the heart of SF. The home has all of the basic necessities and plenty of room for a family to gather or spread out. Several good restaurants are within walking distance, but if you have dinner in SF it's great to take the muni back home .... even late at night. And BTW, buy a 3-day muni pass for only $26; truly a bargin. Thank you Yury for sharing your great home .... We'll be back!

Sunset District a good choice

  • 5 of 5

Yury keeps this property in good, clean condition. Lots of room for several people in a very comfortable setting. The Sunset District is a quiet area of the city, a little less expensive, but from where one can readily access the rest of the city with the good public transit system, or if you have a car.

The owner was very involved in the process. He got back to my emails within 24 hours. The home was clean and welcoming. Our family had a great time. The home was very close to city transportation.
