Fully furnished 3 bedroom (1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin with trundle bed). All three bedrooms and 1 full bath on second floor. Full bath on main floor. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with dresser. Claw foot tub with shower enclosure same floor as the bedrooms. Front of the house has mature walnut trees. Screened in front porch. Wood floors in the front porch, living and dining area. Spacious kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas oven/range, microwave and dishwasher, Small electrical appliances, coffee maker. silverware, cookware,utensils, dishes service for six, glassware are available. assortments of tea, coffee, are stocked prior to your arrival. Half bath and laundry on the main floor.

No handicap access.

What a great property !!!!

I stayed at the property for a week while going to Mayo ( we did go to mn for 3 1/2 days too though so it was actually less time ) . The house is beautiful . The classic look is kept while being updated . The antiques are perfect. The kitchen had everything ( and I do men everything ) you could need , including some spices and a few random items . The house was so very well stocked ...washing pwd, fabric softener, dishwasher soap , garbage bags , toilet paper ( not just one roll ) enough for the entire trip , cotton balls & q tips in the bathroom along with a blow dryer . There was a lamp in my bedroom with a plug in on it , much like a hotel one . There is wifi and it works well. There are big closets and plenty drawer space . It was just getting cool when we got there ( although my cousin was freezing and wanted it warmer ) I was very comfortable in the house in cooler temps ....I cracked open the window one night and it was perfect . It was very central to everything ...there was a KFC up the street , convenience store , Kmart , a few other food places ...5 min drive to either st Mary's or Mayo . The bus line stops right on the corner of the street . Love the deep tub !!! If you keep the bathroom door shut the heat is amazing . The backyard was too cute although we didn't have time to enjoy it . Loved the front porch as well.

The only problems or issues I had ( they are minor ) is that the front bedroom is on a busy street ( I believe this is the path that emergency vehicles take to get to and from the hospital ) as in one night 3 rounds of back and forth sirens from multiple cars passes . The street noise is loud also . I'd suggest getting a white noise machine for this room . A couple of extra blankets would be beneficial

. We ended up buying corn and cooking some yourself a favor if you are there at that time ...BUY some !!! Wow it was amazing . We also found an apple orchard for some fresh right

We would definitively recommend & def stay again . Owner was aware of the way Mayo operates & that you don't really know your schedus & was willing to give me day by day (past the day I booked ) and first refusal. We left behind some grocery items for whomever wanted them .

Over all the stay was great . We washed clothes ,

Dishes , at supper & breakfast there & enjoyed many movies on Netflix . There were 4-5 basic channels other than that .

Fantastic place to stay! Loved it!

We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed the home immensely! The owners were very kind and helpful when we had car trouble and have kept the property and home up with great care. Will definitely stay here again when next in Rochester!

Homey, Comfortable, Charming House

What a great alternative to a hotel! We were able to have meals at "home", read and drink our morning coffee on the screened-in porch and take walks around the charming neighborhood.

The house was very clean and well maintained and the owners extremely accessible.

The location was a quick drive to the Mayo Clinic and shopping.

We would absolutely stay there again.
