This Ideal home is for those guests who require the finest quality in there surroundings. This European contemporary house was re-designed by award winning Architect Linda McArther. This very private tranquil calm retreat is minutes away from the Lennox and Phipps Malls and is also very convenient to bars restaurants coffee shops and grocery stores.

Everything in this house is of the highest quality, with hardwood maple floors, walk in showers, and the SieMatic kitchen voted the ‘Best New kitchen’ in Atlanta. This house also includes a family room with In-Home Theater complete with mounted projector, retractable movie screen and remote blackout shades.

Main level:

*Welcoming stone entry porch with craftsman style steel railing and awning leading to hand crafted double mahogany doors with leaded glass windows.

*Light bright ‘Great Room’ with vaulted ceiling, wall of window and French doors leading to deck, two-sided fireplace with gas logs and built in entertainment cabinet.

*Kitchen ‘fully equipped’ with five burner Wolf stove, Gaggenau Hood, Miele Oven, dishwasher, sub zero refrigerator, and double freezer draw. Pots pans Microwave plates and kitchen utensils are included. Note: Cloth dishcloths are supplied I do not supply paper towels.

* Dinning room with six-seated dining table, vaulted high ceilings with windows overlooking to front garden. The pocket doors leading into kitchen.

*Breakfast, breakfast area, breakfast table with doubles sided fireplace.

*Master bedroom with cathedral Ceiling, Queen sized bed, high quality linens, Walk in Californian closet with window seat, laundry chute, and French doors to deck.

Great central location

This house is very centrally located. The house was clean and in good condition. We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend with a total of 3 couples. There was plenty of room for us with 3 bedrooms. The TV's and internet was not working but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: To all future guest the TV"s and Wi-Fi certainly do work but must be activated with a simple code which is written in bold in the 'House Manuel'. If you have problems finding the code or activating the code please do not keep this to yourself. Please contact me as I am always on hand to help. Im futures I will also be texting this code to your cell phones.

No no no. Wish I knew about previous review before I booked this house!

I’m afraid the owners response will be combatice and directly dispute my opinions as I have experienced this first hand with him, but here goes. The person who already reviewed this in late december was exactly right. I was in this home from a Saturday to the following Saturday. It was myself and 2 other younger girls coming in late the first night to find every single door unlocked including the double front doors which one bolts in to the ceiling and floor. The house was freezing but the thermostat on the wall wasn’t working. I called owner twice to no reply. Texted to no reply. I had to FaceTime my husband, & hunt for the breaker box. Once we found it in The garage, the breaker was blinking red and I had to flip it to get thermostat to come on. Once inside, we see that there was only 1 single tv in the entire house. I then texted owner again asking if they could have been stolen since all doors were unlocked at which time he actually called me back. He said there was a “theater screen” in basement. We got that rolled down but no cable was hooked up, only movies. We asked about that, he said maintenance would come by. We found tags from someone else in the master closet to which I sent pictures of asking if that was normal again- since every door was unlocked... he got in a very volatile dispute with me over the tags. When I explained our fear of coming in to an empty house in the dark with all unlocked doors his exact reply was “you have issues”. I hung up. The maintenance guy came 2 days later and ran a wire from ceiling to couch for us to watch game. There are ZERO bath cloths and hand towels. We had to go purchase these items & more towels since there were only 3 in whole house. No where in The description does it say he doesn’t supply those as it does Paper Towels. I texted housekeeper about no bath cloths and she replie “Paul doesn’t supply those”. There’s even more I could say but this is plenty. Do not stay in this house and remove it from VRBO AS THE OWNER was horrible to deal with. Oh- and there is no “folder” with info on it either. He has 6 other properties in Atlanta so double check owner before you book! Worst experience ever....

This home should NOT be on VRBO

Poor condition home. Among its challenges: one functional TV setup in the master bedroom, sound system thru house inoperable except ability to analog connect to receiver in basement, lighting at front porch and foyer are inoperable, steps up to front porch are unsafe due to missing stonework and long term dirt making them very slippery, not even a single extra blanket, one washcloth per bathroom and no additional nor additional towels provided and the owner is extremely emotionally unbalanced, unfortunately extremely rude. Owner citing that this is one of six properties he has so any assistance from him is an untimely request and inconvenient for him. He was very clear that he was not interested in the comforts or inconveniences associated with our stay. The owner sent an apology text after he left after an exchange over him attempting to fix the basement TV setup and he offered in the text to return to fix the TV but then never responded back to my confirmation to ‘yes please return to resolve.’ We actually never heard from him after that last text. I’ve used and stayed with VRBO homes for a number of years and have had beautiful experiences but unfortunately this home and it’s owner were absolutely unacceptable in terms of VRBO standards/expectations so I highly encourage that this property be removed so that others don’t experience the owner nor the very very poorly maintained and managed home. VRBO please feel free to contact me for further insight on this matter.

Everything about this house was amazing, I had no problems getting in contact with management, the response rate was really fast. This property was very clean and had the right supplies to keep me comfortable during my stay. The pictures of the house are good but I would definitely have to say it looks better in person. If your traveling to Atlanta I would definitely recommend you to stay at Paul's house. Whether on business or vacation this house will definitely be one to remember.

Great retreat in upscale neighborhood

Everything was first class, only had issues with television reception/ connection. We weren't able to watch television or use wifi our entire stay :( Besides that the home is a true modern oasis.

Convenient comfortable getaway

The house worked just fine for we 5 ladies... the sun even came out and we sat on the back deck. the grounds need some love but atll inside was clean and convenient.
