Originally a single-fronted Edwardian Villa, Hazelhurst was altered in the 90's with the addition of a second floor comprising two spacious bedrooms and bathroom. During the last year the villa has been sensationally transformed into a modern home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fabulous chef's kitchen which you will never want to leave! This beautiful villa offers you private accommodation with parking right at your door, while you explore the fascinating history, architecture and multiple tourist attractions which Dunedin has to offer. Explore the Railway Station, Otago University, Larnach Castle, Olveston, Speights Brewery, Public Art Gallery, Toitu Settlers Museum and the Otago Museum. Meanwhile, shopping and night-life are focused on George Street and the Octagon at the heart of the city. You can also try the Rail Trail Experience into Central Otago by bike and/or ride the Taieri Gorge Railway. The stunning Otago Peninsula, with penguins, seals and the Royal Albatross Colony, are all at your doorstep.
Please note there is minimum stay 2 nights.

Clean, tidy and comfortable, family and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Gorgeous home, well set up, warm and well located.
Beautiful property - very well appointed and comfortable. Lovely House.
immaculately presented, warm and inviting. House represented exactly as on photos and description. Instant boiling hot water was an extra bonus (however, we would recommend installing a warning sticker on the tap!). Highly recommended.
The property was in a great central location for us. It was roomy and had everything we needed. Thank you so much!
If you are in dunedin and have a car this is a great urban base. Very comfortable and tastefully done out with all mod cons.
