Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 nights over Christmas and New Year (23 Dec - 8th Jan).

Boasting exceptional decor, this apartment is within walking distance to bus and train for easy access to the city's many attractions.
For your entertainment enjoyment, the Living Room boasts a plasma screen TV, DVD CD, VCR, stereo and Foxtel cable TV.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, (plenty of storage) bedside tables, lights and a flat screen TV
The Kitchen is very user friendly with top-of-the-range appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, stainless-steel fridge, oven, dinnerware and cookware, ideal for gourmet cooking.
Other features include balconies from both the living room and the bedroom. A Bathroom with a shower cubicle, all linen, and towels supplied. There is a 2nd toilet as well as a laundry with a combined washing machine and drier.
There is security parking with the apartment for one small car.
Please note that it is a stacker system and cars must be no more than; Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.

A bond of $1000 is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
We are an agency, we don't meet you at the property, the keys are collected from our office which is centrally located in Darlinghurst. However, our friendly staff are just a phone call away! We are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.
We can supply a 3G wifi modem if required; (extra charge of $120 for stays up to 1 month); let us know when you book if you will require one.

Key collection outside of business hours.
Key collection is from 2:30pm onwards on your day of arrival
The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS, REMOTES AND MODEMS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
