Amazing Location and Newly Remodeled Unit — Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pennay’s at River Run seems to be the best location in Ketchum/Sun Valley. You’re at River Run Plaza on Mount Baldy after a short (100 yards) walk through the meadow and woods by the River. Can it get any better? Yes, the complex is adjacent to the Wood River hike and bike trails. AMAZING!! And the owner Alan Pennay is a jazz pianist who plays at the Duchin Lounge at the Sun Valley Lodge most Fridays and Saturdays from 4-7. And Unit 9 has been recently remodeled and is perfect. The whole place is rustic magic!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 9 for 10days with our small dog. The unit was updated and very clean. It was very cold and we stayed nice and warm. The staff were good about keeping the snow plowing current and well as dusting off the cars. My husband was able to walk over to the resort without any trouble to ski. We would stay again. My only complaint is too many guests with off lease dogs.

Close to Everything!

Great property that appeared to have been freshly remodeled and is close to everything. Short walk to River Run base - 5 mins - and close to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!
