This well-maintained home boasts multiple decks for lounging and soaking up that summer sun. Beach access and a community pool are just a few steps away from this beautiful home.

Sea Star 202 offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a King, 2 queens, a Twin, a Double, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

This property is located at 202 Sea Star Circle in the Sear Star Village in Surf City.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

First time visiting topsail

Check in process was easy. The place was nice with plenty of space for my family. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Great family unit.

This was a excellent townhouse for our family. Plenty of room. Not ocean front but had a great view from living room deck. Just a short walk to beach area. My only thing would be the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom.

Wonderful for Families

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our adult children enjoyed all being on the second floor together, while my husband and I occupied the primary suite on the third floor. The location is great!
