Renovated August 2014 - 50 m² well appointed apartment . New furniture, appliances, everything! Located just steps from the center of Chamonix, less than 5 minutes from the Aiguille du Midi and across the street from the shuttle. Close to everything you need and want. Shops, restaurants nearby. Private indoor parking.

The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage and unassigned, gated parking outside. There are 2 ski lockers and a storage room in the basement.

Our 50 square meter apartment has 2 balconies, both with stunning mountain views. The balcony off the living room has amazing views of the Mont Blanc.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top of the line appliances, including induction top, convection/microwave oven, a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We have French, English and other language TV, as well as wifi.

The living room (lounge) is spacious and features a table for 4 to 6 people, a sitting area with tv, and a couch which converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. Who wants to wake up with a back ache on a day of skiing or hiking? We made sure this is a high quality couch and is so comfy, you will wake up well rested and ready to conquer the mountains. There is a closet right next to the couch, so you can easily put away the comforters and turn the bed into a couch.

The bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and plenty of space to put away your clothes. The bed's mattress will give you that well deserved rest after a day in the mountains.

The bathroom has a heated towel rack, double sink and shower/bathtub.

We are a Dutch / Swedish family living just outside New York. We have traveled to many places and fell in love with Chamonix and all it has to offer.

This property is located is located just outside of the center of Chamonix - restaurants and shops are just literally steps away. Yet once you are home - you can enjoy the peace and quiet on our balcony facing the backyard, and the Mont Blanc!

Excellent spot for a short break - close to everything

We visited Chamonix in late Sept for a 5 day break. Communication with the owners was excellent with a swift response to our enquiry.

The place was clean airy and very comfortable with secure parking and within a few minutes walk of the hustle of the town.

We will definitely be back

Chamonix - spectacular Mont Blanc

Absolutely loved this apartment with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. It was clean, comfortable, centrally located, and very updated. It had all the amenities we needed and we loved having a small kitchen for our meal options. Would highly recommend it to couples looking to be in the heart of Chamonix activity - very short walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car and downtown. Lovely folks to work with as well! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect apartment for a winter stay!

We (2 people) thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this apartment. The owner was very attentive and helpful during the pre stay period and the on site property manager met us as planned. The apartment was clean and well maintained and conformed exactly to the description on the website. The beds were comfortable and the individual duvets were a treat. The nights were quiet! The first morning view of the Aiguille du Midi and Mt. Blanc from the living room windows was a knockout. Location was superb: A short walk to the main drag of Chamonix or to the Aiguille du Midi. The free Mulet bus stops right near the apartment if you don't want to carry your skis over to the Chamonix Sud central bus station. The apartment was light and airy and all appliances were functioning. A great Italian restaurant, Cafe de Valerio, is very close! I really can't imagine why anyone would choose a hotel room over a comfortable private apartment.

Cozy and Comfortable to Place to Relax in Chamonix

My husband and I have been to Chamonix several times, always staying at a hotel. We decided to try apartment living this time and I'm so glad we found this wonderful space! Alex and Annette were very responsive, helpful and wonderful to work with before and during our stay. Everything was as Annette described and the photos are a very good representation of what you can expect. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully updated. We especially appreciated the incredibly comfortable bed and bedding, perfect after a day on the slopes!

The location is ideal. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Aguille du Midi and a 10 minute walk to the Chamonix Sud station, from which you can catch a ski bus to any area in the valley and Courmayeur. It is a 5 minute walk (at most) to the heart of Chamonix and fantastic restaurants, bars, shops. There really is no need for a car, if you don't plan to venture beyond the valley. We used Mountain Drop Offs for a transfer to/from GVA and were dropped off/picked up at the front door of the apartment building.

We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

Perfect Size, Perfect Location, Perfect Holiday!

This lovely and centrally located apartment made for the most enjoyable stay in Chamonix. There were 3 of us, so the apartment was a perfect size. The bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable - no problems sleeping or with jet lag. The sofa bed in the living room was perfect for my son who slept equally as well.

The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen for eating in (although we dined out more often than in with all of the amazing food selections within walking distance) and washer/dryer, which proved quite useful to take care of some of our belongings before we left for home.

We did not watch television because there was so much to do outside of the apartment. It is only a few minutes walk to Chamonix Centre - an amazingly beautiful street with so many fine shops and dining options. Purchasing lift passes, ski rentals, and ski lessons were all within walking distance.

We had a rental car and parking was always available. We did not make use of the busses, but I presume it would have been quite easy.

Annette and Bjorn were fabulous hosts! I highly recommend this unit. Thank you Annette and Bjorn for helping make our trip the best trip yet. We truly appreciate your hospitality!
