Renovated August 2014 - 50 m² well appointed apartment . New furniture, appliances, everything! Located just steps from the center of Chamonix, less than 5 minutes from the Aiguille du Midi and across the street from the shuttle. Close to everything you need and want. Shops, restaurants nearby. Private indoor parking.

The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage and unassigned, gated parking outside. There are 2 ski lockers and a storage room in the basement.

Our 50 square meter apartment has 2 balconies, both with stunning mountain views. The balcony off the living room has amazing views of the Mont Blanc.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top of the line appliances, including induction top, convection/microwave oven, a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We have French, English and other language TV, as well as wifi.

The living room (lounge) is spacious and features a table for 4 to 6 people, a sitting area with tv, and a couch which converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. Who wants to wake up with a back ache on a day of skiing or hiking? We made sure this is a high quality couch and is so comfy, you will wake up well rested and ready to conquer the mountains. There is a closet right next to the couch, so you can easily put away the comforters and turn the bed into a couch.

The bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and plenty of space to put away your clothes. The bed's mattress will give you that well deserved rest after a day in the mountains.

The bathroom has a heated towel rack, double sink and shower/bathtub.

This property is located is located just outside of the center of Chamonix - restaurants and shops are just literally steps away. Yet once you are home - you can enjoy the peace and quiet on our balcony facing the backyard, and the Mont Blanc!

Amazing location and lovely apartment

Wonderful experience ... Location couldn’t be better. Apartment beautifully remodeled and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Alex was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive.

The only issue we had was the address for the apartment on the VRBO/home away reservation confirmation did not match the actual address. Use the address from the instructions from Alex.

Location so central car not necessary if you use free bus system to get to ski resorts.

Canyon Country

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the perfect spot. I would consider not having a car on my next trip. You can park your car underground and leave it there for your entire stay. Because everything is within walking distance this location is superb! The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The management staff is also very accommodating. Nina was just a joy! I would definitely stay here again :-0)

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment was homey and comfortable with everything you need. The location was perfect. Near the bus, near the train, near downtown, but just off the beaten track. I stayed 2 weeks, loved it and hope to come back next year!

Amazing views of Mt. Blanc. Great location to walk downtown. Cozy living area and kitchen.

Overall wonderful stay. Loved being able to use very up to date kitchen and sit on deck watching Mt. Blanc. Need English directions for washer/dryer. Also a bit of noise on street that bedroom overlooks. However, we would still highly recommend staying in this apartment. Owner and manager both very helpful!

Wonderful spot with a view of a glacier

A lovely place within easy walking distance of of downtown Chamonix and its many wonderful restaurants. Property manager Alex was friendly and helpful with directions on where to find things such as grocery stores. For those who like it dark when you sleep, the windows have shutters in addition to curtains, which keep out both light and sound. The view of the mountains on every side is spectacular. If we will every be in Chamonix again,we will certainly look into booking the apartment.

Le Lyret

The apartment is perfect for a small family 3 or 4 and well situated on the southern edge of Chamonix. 7 minute walk from the ski school, 5 minute walk from the center of town and 2 minutes from the world's best pizza ( literally- La Casa Valerio won an award for world's best pizza). Walking the other way along Rue du Lyret, Aiguille du Midi lift is 5 minutes away, convenient shops and a bit further is the bus stop to all the slopes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well fitted out with good shower, induction oven and washer dryer.

Cleaning Fee AU$78.67

Check in after 3:00 pm. Check out before 10:00 am.
Linen rental included in reservations made after Feb 24, 2016.
Our cancellation policy is 50% refund up to 1 week before the start of the reservation. No refunds after 1 week before the start reservation.

Refundable deposit of 500 EURO at the time of check in.

If the Client fails to bring to the attention of the owners or their agents any damage found at the Property within 24 hours of arrival, it will be assumed that the Client was responsible for that damage.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
