Most stunning thing of the apartment is it's wonderful terrace with the views on the sulfur baths. It has beautiful outdoor sitting furniture for friendly conversations.
Apartment is very modern, beautiful, clean, greatly located place to stay!
This is a very cozy, comfortable, and clean apartment right in the heart of the Abanotubani district - the heart of Tbilisi's most interesting district. We knew nothing about Tbilisi before picking this, but were delighted to find ourselves at the center of nice walks, historic sites, and great amenities. It's right on Abano Street. The three restaurants lined up right outside, downstairs on the cobblestone street, are all fabulous. Try the two restaurants you can see from the rooftop patio across the baths also - more good stuff. There's a taxi stand downstairs half a block away - very convenient for excursions, because they're cheap and Tbilisi is a sprawling city.
As for the apartment, we very much appreciated the hot showers and the cold AC. You may have to do a few groceries to really use the kitchen - only the bare minimum of kitchen basics are in place - but with so much tasty, inexpensive eating right around, you probably won't even use it much. There is direct access to a little rooftop patio with a table, parasol, and chairs, that look out immediately onto the baths. If the weather is too hot you probably won't spend a lot of time out there during the peak times of day, but it's always nice to have outside access.
Finally, I found Miranda a delight to work with. She's responsive to emails, friendly, and accommodating to changes. Her English is very good - no worries.
Feeling as though you have a "home" rather than a hotel is always a more rewarding experience, and we were very happy we landed in this uniquely situated apartment.
