This wonderfully appointed 2 storey 3 bedroom townhouse in Inverloch is styled with comfort in mind. The Crescent is in a great location and only a 2 min walk to the shops and beach. Inverloch has so many great fishing spots so bring the boat as we have a double lock up garage which can fit a small boat and car or 2 cars.
The layout of this home is great for a large family holidaying together or a group of friends looking for some rest and relaxation. It can sleep up to 8 but even at full capacity everyone still retains their own space to spread out and unwind with two balconies and a fully enclosed backyard which is great for the kids to play in.
Each bedroom has a split system with air conditioning & heating, there is also a Coonara electric fireplace in the living room upstairs. Both living areas in this beachy town house cater for chill out time, watching a movie, playing fun board games or the PlayStation and using the free Wi-FI or reading a relaxing book in the afternoon sun.

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay
-A fold out bed: $75
-A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the portacot.
Linen and towels are supplied for you.
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog as we will only allow small to medium dogs and they must fit the following criteria: up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations. Strictly outdoors only, no dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time. Dogs are allowed to sleep inside the garage of an evening. Guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding, food and water bowls and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. A $40 fee applies.
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

1.Please relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
2.Please call Lisa on ***** if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa on *****.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
13.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
A spacious, clean and well-presented property, with all the amenities that you may need on a holiday (the dish washer did not work properly, though). Close enough to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it if we go back to Inverloch. Also, Lisa had left a bottle of wine for us and some toiletry, which were really handy. There are some board games in the cupboard (Jenga kept us busy for hours!!), and good movies to watch and good music to listen to in the TV cupboard.
Great place to stay. Lisa was very quick to respond which was great because of our late arrival in inverloch.
