This wonderfully appointed 2 storey 3 bedroom townhouse in Inverloch is styled with comfort in mind. The Crescent is in a great location and only a 2 min walk to the shops and beach. Inverloch has so many great fishing spots so bring the boat as we have a double lock up garage which can fit a small boat and car or 2 cars.

The layout of this home is great for a large family holidaying together or a group of friends looking for some rest and relaxation. It can sleep up to 8 but even at full capacity everyone still retains their own space to spread out and unwind with two balconies and a fully enclosed backyard which is great for the kids to play in. Linen and towels are supplied for you.

Each bedroom has a split system with air conditioning & heating, there is also a Coonara electric fireplace in the living room upstairs. Both living areas in this beachy town house cater for chill out time, watching a movie, playing fun board games or the PlayStation and using the free Wi-FI or reading a relaxing book in the afternoon sun.

When you arent out frequenting one of the local restaurants or cafes, you have all the tools needed for cooking at The Crescent in the open plan kitchen or on the Weber BBQ. Dine inside at the large wooden table for 8 or outside in the grassed courtyard and keep your pooch company as we are pet friendly!


Coffee machine, induction cook top, Blanco oven, water filter, dishwasher, microwave and 4 breakfast bar stools at the island bench. Laundry with washing machine and dryer,2 x Flat screen TVs, DVD, In house movies, Free Wi-Fi, IPod dock and Play station 3, CD player and stereo with MP3 connection.

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog as we will only allow small to medium dogs and they must fit the following criteria: up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations. Strictly outdoors only, no dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time. Dogs are allowed to sleep inside the garage of an evening. Guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding, food and water bowls and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. A $40 fee applies.

Security Deposit

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.


We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Bus It can take approximately 2.5hrs to 3.5hrs via VLine Coach from Melbourne

Train - 26.9 km drive to Leongatha Train Station


The coastal town is a popular destination for surfers, windsurfers and families

Inverloch is a fantastic destination for those whod like to fish

Walk to the town centre in minutes, where youll find cafes with local produce

Walk to child safe beaches in minutes

Visit a Day Spa, Art galleries, Farmers market or grab a surf lesson.

Inverloch is 140km, 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne.

Drive to Phillip Island, known for the penguin parade, Australian Grand Prix Circuit, Koala sanctuary and more in 45 minutes

We booked The Crescent at short notice; the booking process was straight forward and hassle free. Our host Lisa was easy to deal with and professional, polite. We arrived early hours of the morning (0300) but Lisa had arranged for family to get access to the accommodation and stock the fridge with essentials, make up the beds etc which was a huge help. Lisa also left a bottle of wine for us which was a nice touch!

The accommodation was a good size, 3 bedrooms, one of which could sleep four children so we were more than comfortable. Two living rooms provided space for adults and kids to relax and there was a good selection of DVDs, games and access to Wi-Fi.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from the high street and the sea fronts/local beaches which was really handy and meant we dint need to rely on a car.

The only negative point was the fact the barbecue hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival so we avoided using it; this wasn't a major issue and we informed Lisa as soon as we noticed it.

All in all we had a great holiday visiting family in Inverloch; the property is great for a family although I would say it is expensive in comparison to other properties in the area, especially off peak, when we took our vacation.

I would recommend the property and would consider staying there again, subject to affordability.

A spacious, clean and well-presented property, with all the amenities that you may need on a holiday (the dish washer did not work properly, though). Close enough to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it if we go back to Inverloch. Also, Lisa had left a bottle of wine for us and some toiletry, which were really handy. There are some board games in the cupboard (Jenga kept us busy for hours!!), and good movies to watch and good music to listen to in the TV cupboard.
