This 3 bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 6, is a stunner with sun lit rooms and a colour design sure to brighten your day and stay. Colour Pop is in an excellent location close to bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, galleries, theatres, major hospitals as well as some of Melbourne finest parks and of course sporting complexes.

We are also pet-friendly, so your four legged friends are welcome to stay.

There is a dedicated car space for you located at the rear of the apartment building, please note this is not undercover. There are two adult bikes available for you to use which are perfect for getting around the city without the hassle of finding parking. We recommend going for a cycle along the Yarra as it is picturesque.

Please note: Colour pop is on the 1st floor of a 3 level apartment complex (Stair access only).

Pet friendly

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own dog's bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. A $40 fee applies.

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
