You don’t have to look far to see beautiful sunsets, tranquil landscaping, and a refreshing pool. Everything is right at your fingertips so you won’t have to do much to be able to enjoy your surroundings from the time you awake until your head hits the pillow.

If privacy is what you want privacy is what you will get. When the timing is right you will enjoy sea turtles, and dancing dolphins, and maybe even spot a giant Tarpon jump from the water. Search for sea stars, sea urchins, and sand dollars in the water, or take a relaxing stroll searching for shark teeth and sea shells.

Our comfortably furnished and newer kitchen, 2 bedroom 2 story townhome is the perfect place to relax. The master bedroom suite has a great place to read and unwind and the view from the private master balcony is stunning of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool and lush tropical surroundings. There is a separate living room and fully equipped kitchen, with a private patio on the 1st floor plus a balcony off the master. The complex features a pool and, a private sugar sand beach, and is great for either families with small children or for couples that just want to get away from it all. No two visits will be the same we are constantly upgrading and making improvements based on guest feedback.

This white sandy beachfront property is an oasis located just south of the Clearwater Beach/Sand Key area and just North of Indian Rocks Beach. It is a quick 35-minute ride from the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa International Airport.
