Enjoy brunch at Ladurée located just across the street. Enjoy the cafes along rue du Buci and the shops along Saint Germain.

Our family of 4 stayed in this great apartment. It had everything. We were more than comfortable..everyone was very pleased! The apartment were so nice. Showed us everything and answered questions for us. They made us feel like we belonged. The views were fantastic. We just sat and looked!We found grocery stores, boulangeries, restaurants, in all price ranges nearby. We also enjoyed sitting outside at tables to just people watch. We found so many places to walk to. We all enjoyed walking along the Seine and watching the many boats go by. Thank you for your lovely apartment and for making our family trip so very enjoyable. We hope to return next year!! Five stars!!

Amazing Stay !

This property is an updated, well appointed and well cared for unit. While our initial reaction was "cozy" we never felt short of space and my family of four, 2 adults 2 tweens, were comfortable the entire stay. The rooms are bright, clean and modern and there was plenty of space to put our things as we settled in. The place was spotless including all the dishes and flatware (an experience we did not have in London so we appreciated this all the more!). All the amenities and little touches including and a welcome basket with coffee and snacks were first rate. I also appreciated the First Aid Kit that was provided as I needed band-aids for the blisters I got from so much walking in beautiful Paris! Enough cannot be said about the AMAZING location. This property is in the heart of St. Germain with the Abby and famous cafes a block away. We also ventured a few blocks over to the Latin Quarter and the amazing shops and cafes nearby. The property is easy walking distance to the museums, Luxembourg Garden and Notre Dame. The communication with the owner was beyond excellent. The day of check in we had quite the cab ride from CDG due to two major events in Paris that closed many streets. The owners assistant, Frank, was in constant contact and even got on the phone with our cab driver to help him navigate around all the closed roads. Paris also had a heat wave when we arrived, and Frank made sure to have a portable air-conditioner for us. Frank also walked us to the nearest grocery to show us our way around the area. There is a booklet provided for the property with every detail you could possibly need regarding how to work and where to find everything in the unit. There was also local information that was quite helpful. Thank you for all your care and attention to this property and your guests. We have recommended this property to our friends who plan to travel to Paris and can only hope we are able to return soon as well !

Great apartment in a great location

We stayed for 6 nights with two kids (16 and 7) and had a wonderful stay. It was warm in Paris that week and with the windows open there was street noise in the apartment but really wasn't a problem.

well appointed and perfectly located

This truly is my very favorite location in all of Paris: close to everything! I stayed here with my daughter, son in law and their two year old and we couldn't have been happier. True, the apartment is compact. But it has everything you could possibly need, including things that made our little girl very happy: comfortable area to play, crib, high chair, and protection against any sharp corners on counters to keep her safe. It's an extremely well thought out little apartment -- very clean with great lighting and a wonderful draft should you want some cool air. I mention this because we were in Paris the last week of May. An unusual heat wave pushed the temperatures outside to over 90F. We could have used the fans that are stored in the apartment, but we didn't have to. There are shutters and a two-way exposure allows there to be a delightful breeze.

I should also say that every email I sent (with numerous questions, especially concerning supplies and arrival times, etc.) was promptly answered. I'm in Paris several times a year so I know the city well, but I don't really know the local tricks and favorites for young children. I got some wonderful ideas from the owners and I'm forever grateful for their helpfulness.

One comment: the apartment is on the first floor. It faces a quiet street (and a courtyard for one of the bedrooms), but if you keep the windows wide open, you're going to hear the hum of happy diners in the evening. (But by 11 it all stops and there is complete silence.) Too, in the morning, you'll hear the city waking up. Not a problem! There isn't significant car traffic here and during the night (and afternoon!) hours, the place is really very peaceful.

In sum -- a terrific place to stay! It was a beautiful and memorable eight day for us!

Graet apartment, great owner and terrific location

From the beginning of our inquiries, the owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment has the most perfect location ever, looks just like the pictures and has everything you need! It is not super huge but it was perfect for myself, my husband and our daughter and we could Easily accommodate a forth person. Recommend it highly.

This apartment is in the perfect spot in the 6th arr. Although the apartment is not huge, everything is clean and modern and works well. Dominique was early to meet us and very helpful. We had a great time and we would like to rent this home again in the future! It made our trip to Paris so lovely! Parfait!
