This unique condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The high ceilings, exposed brick and loft beams are just a few items that bring the charm into this unit. There is over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the Lululemon store from the patio.

We have multiple units in this building so if you have a larger group we can accommodate you.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included.

We have full in-suite laundry facilities, free wifi and underground parking. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your short or long term stay enjoyable. Come and check us out!

  • Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a full ensuite with a bathtub and shower. We have an air bladder Lazy Boy sofa bed that comes with a pump that inflates in 30 seconds. We also have a single roll away sofa and a play pen for our littlest travellers.

Great location, nice property

Was exactly as advertised. Modern, tastefully decorated apartment in secure building. Easy walk to most major attractions in the downtown area. There is a bit of outside traffic noise but it dies down by later evening. No other negatives that we noticed. Highly recommended!

Very nice

Cool condo in a great neighborhood. The negatives are the street noise. Could hear the walk signal from the street lights all night long. All cars, trucks, pedestrians were very close and audible.

There is an unfortunate trend these days of asking guests to pay a cleaning fee as well as putting laundry in and starting the dishwasher. I'm trying to get away from home and chores, not do them in a different locale.

Owner's Response: Hi Kelly, Yes, this is a very urban unit and this isn't something we hide. We want our guests to be aware of this when they book because as we mention if you are looking for a quiet getaway I would suggest the VicWest area. We have a couple of lovely options on that side of the bridge. The STR (short term rental) industry models closely after the time share model and so needs to ask for the dishwasher to be started and a load of laundry started. This keeps the costs down for this type of accommodations. As I am sure at all the other places you have stayed at that ask the same thing and with our units you do not get charged if you don't want do this, we just kindly ask anyway. Deidre

A very good spot for our short stay in Victoria

We were two couples one from the UK and one from Vancouver Island with a good knowledge of Victoria.We had some difficulty in extracting the keys from the lock box. However, the unit was in an excellent location for downtown Victoria as we were able to walk everywhere in the downton area from Chinatown to the Empress Hotel and harbour. Lots of shopping and restaurants.The facility was well equipped with kitchen appliances and lounging furniture. There is a good sized patio facing onto Johnson street which is a busy street but interesting. The location next to Victoria's Chinatown was very convenient for that section and the secure parking garage saved worrying about that issue. We were two couples and it served us very well for our stay. We stayed for 3 days and could have handled a week with ease.

Great location

This place was in a great location. Very walkable to everything downtown. Easily fit 6 adults and the owner was super responsive. The downsides were the air conditioning was very weak (though we had an unusually hot week), street noise, and the key pickup (15 minute walk away or pay $100 for the keys to be at the place). For the location, we'd stay again.

This condo sits in the heart of old town, no need for a car if you are staying at this unit. This unit is in the most trendy part of Victoria, even Lulu Lemon is right next door. Too many restaurants, shopping, attractions, out door activities to mention!
