This privately owned Marco Beach Ocean Resort 1 Bedroom Suite is ideally located within Marco Island’s most luxurious beachfront resort property. Unit 506 is a a 5th Floor Garden Terrace view suite, fully equipped and decorator furnished. Offered exclusively by The Holiday Life Rentals, the suite is maintained to impeccable hotel standards of cleanliness and stocked with all the amenities needed for a completely seamless vacation.

Situated on the 5th Floor/Garden Terrace level, Unit 506 is the closest to the resort’s pool area – accessible just steps from your private lanai but elevated with a landscaped privacy wall so that noise from fellow guests is no concern (the resort's garden terrace level and pool area was built 5 stories up, which is why you feel as though you are at ground level on the 5th floor!). Western exposure turns your patio into a viewing platform for Marco’s phenomenal nightly sunsets.

Inside the condo, you have a bedroom with a King size bed, desk and television and an oversized bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas, a 50” flat screen TV and a café table for dining. Sliding doors lead out to your private terrace with a dining table, grassy lawn and gate entrance from the resort’s garden level. The kitchen has a full size oven and range, microwave, small refrigerator and cabinets filled with dishes, glassware and utensils.

As a guest of a private owner, your rental comes with access to the owner’s parking garage free of charge! It is located on the second level of the building, a quick elevator ride from the unit.

The resort offers 3 dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo’s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose.

Step out your door to the Poolside Bar for sandwiches, salads and beverages – don’t miss the 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 4:30-6PM!

Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand.

When it is dinnertime, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lively lounge scene for cocktails and conversation.

Minimum Stay is 4 nights. High season (January 17th-April 10th) minimum stay is 1 week.

As the rental guests of a private owner, the following hotel services are not included:

Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. You do have access to all pool area amenities including chairs and towels.

Room service dining

Daily cleaning and turndown. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you can request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $45 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens.

I would recommend with a few warnings......

For the most part we enjoyed the condo. The condo itself was very clean. The condo has no blinds/curtains or anything for privacy, just a sheer panel. We went outside to see if you could see inside and you definitely could, especially if it was dark outside and lights were on inside. We had to be very careful. The pool area is not supervised at all. Kids screaming and running everywhere with no parental supervision. Kids kept jumping in and out of the pool and hot tub until one child got physically sick and vomited into the hot tub shutting it down. The grounds of the resort is in need of some hard core cleaning. Mold on dirty walkways/sidewalks, etc. It looks much older than what it is. The resort is very quiet in the evenings which was GREAT.

Unit was on ground floor - good and bad - pool very convenient - parking garage convenient - however the unit was plagued with worms. The last night a large cockroach (palmetto bug!) was seen in the unit. The window coverings were sheer drapes with no other shades providing virtually no privacy in both living area and bedroom. The furniture while attractive was very uncomfortable and unit set up very inefficiently. We spent most time on beach. Bath has a single sink as opposed to the resort units which have double. The staff were responsive to various issues - broken iron, broken handle on bathroom door. No key for room safe - so not available to tenant. All in all - would rent again from Holiday - if another property at Marco Beach Ocean Resort is available but not unit 506.

Very clean,well locate,accomodates 4 exceedingly well,all appliances work,close to pool,but quiet.

Excellent experience, we arrived from nearby Miami on a hot Sunday. On arrival we felt the A/C was not up to part, so we contacted the agent and within an hour the issue was completely resolved. We stay at the Resort every year, this year we did not find occupancy for the chosen period, so we used VRBO for the first time, therefore, we can compare both, we will recommend Casey Potter's vacation home to everyone, specially families, without reservation, location of the unit by the pool area was great and without noise!, parking was accessible, as well as the beach, we plan to return next year.

Great stay!

Upon our arrival the directions provided by the owner was clear and extremely helpful (aside from the fact that we had no clue which unit was ours). The lockbox was jammed (thank goodness my husband is handy and was able to fix it). Once inside we were pleased with the size quality and cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and utensils.

The beach was within a reasonable distance to walk and was beautiful. We were confused as the to distinction between the hotel and the condos here. Hotel guests had the usage of the chairs on the beach (not us staying in the condos). We did use the chairs left by the owners on the 2nd day but rented chairs the first day ($26.50 worth it!). Having a parking space was incredible! We rented a car and it was so worth it as there are many food options we drove to that were amazing!!! Drivable restaurants (Mangos Dockside and Joeys Pizza were yum!!!!).Being here on their off seasons was a gift! No waits at restaurants and the beach was peacefully quiet!

Overall we were happy with our stay and would return (we would need a bigger space with our children). Amazing value! Would return!
