Dear (the) potential guests, this property is located in the Condominium "Abode of the Beach" and has no relation to "small farms resort Mogiano" (wrong location shown here above in the description of this property) that despite repeated requests to the site "rent season" for proper correction, it did not, this error harms us, confusing potential guests browsing the property.

correct location = CONDOMINIUM BEACH ADDRESS.

Wonderful townhouse! In gated community with 24 hour security, motorized and monitored by cameras for surveillance throughout the condo (The CONDOMINIUM SAFER FOR ALL COASTAL NORTH SP). Containing 4 bedrooms, 2 suites plus 1 US suite (1 bathroom that serves the two downstairs bedrooms) and bathroom in the outer area, to serve barbecue and pool (full bathrooms in the hayloft = 4 bathrooms), air conditioning in 4 bedrooms and ceiling fans in 4 bedrooms, TV with open channels and closed satellite (Sky Smart), wonderful barbecue area (adjoining the house, even with rain vc enjoys a great BBQ by the pool), 1 main fridge and 1 additional refrigerator plus 1 freezer, pool 8.0 X 5.0 X 1.50 meters (50 000 liters spa with banks and 4 aeration nozzles) and waterfall (NOT pOOL VINYL, is MASONRY wITH TILE aND TABLETS) timer to the spa and waterfall, to be programmed by the lessee by the pool service provider. The beautiful manor house has also fireplace, gardens, parking for 6 cars and 2 jet skis or 2 motorcycles, 2 covered, being located next to the condo club (two blocks away), which also has many leisure attractions, WI FI, sports courts, snack bar, pool, foosball or geek, ping pong or table tennis, basketball, futsal, skate ramp, flat satellite with closed channels, children's play park and several seasonal schedules (at a cost of R $ 30.00 per person + 7.00 for the ID card photograph of access (or take your 3x4 photo), which will entitle (check with the administration, when making the ID card, which of these items renters will have access and that are not exclusive only to condominos) 30 access to the club, if there is interest of the lessee, with values ​​above paid the same in the condominium management). The condo also has fishy lake, bike path and trail for "jogging" great entertainment along the lush beauty of the rain forest and limpíssimas beaches on the north coast of São Paulo, all in one place! Medical, dental and ambulance clinic for emergencies 24 hours (costs for use defined by the condominium administration), internal transport to the condo is free and air conditioned, with buses circulating along the main avenue to access the beach (which has night lighting), via private walkway from the condo and shopping center (with restaurants, bakery, markets, bars, shops, etc). The condominium has a marina for boats, with access control and return, requiring the registration of the same next to the marina administration. That is, a lot of fun and leisure, with all the security of a gated community!

IMPORTANT, ALL SOBRADO is 220 V, provide 1 TRANSFORMER TO 110 V.

proprietária muito atenciosa e honesta. Casa confortável com todos utensílios de cozinha e ar nos quartos. A arquitetura da casa permite que no térreo, sala, cozinha, churrasqueira e piscina se harmonizem e unam as pessoas que estão no local. Recomendo. Voltarei.
