Fresh water 25-meter full-sized pool has just been renovated as well as the tennis courts! Just bring your sports gear and tennis equipment.

The building has security at all times.

Less than 10 minutes from airport, you can be in the ocean less than 30 minutes after your plane lands.

Public transport directly in front, to center of city and Old San Juan. Car rental across the street, Sunset View has 1 covered parking space.

Grocery shopping, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, casinos all within short walk.

Kite surfing lessons, jet ski rentals, umbrella beach chair rentals available right on the beach.

*The main cooling tower of the building suffered damage after the hurricane and should be replaced soon. This means the central air conditioning is not available in any of the apartments on the West Tower of Marbella. However, in the meantime we have placed portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms for our guests. The apartment in itself receives a wonderful breeze from the ocean. **

very pleased with our stay at this property

Our overall impression was very favorable, especially considering what this island has been through! I gave the rating 5 stars because we were totally satisfied. The rental people were very accommodating and adjusted to our early arrival. The condo was obviously not new but clean and all the staples were provided ; some being salt, pepper, some spices, cooking spray, and dish soap. Also we valued all the outdoor amenities and having outdoor equipment and towels and chairs. Also there was a welcome gift of perishable food (some of which were coffee, eggs milk , meat and cheese) That was a very nice touch. We loved Puerto Rico and this condo just added to that!

Gorgeous views and perfect location

Our family loved our week long stay in this condo. It's located on a higher floor in the west tower of Marbella del Caribe, which is easily one of the best condominium buildings in the Isla Verde area. The building has its own swimming pool, sports court and private access to the beach. It's right next to a 24 hours Walgreens and a number of top rated restaurants and cafes, so you don't really need a car for hanging out in the area.

In all fairness, we found the unit a little outdated compared to other similar properties we've stayed at. However, the views from this unit are amazing and make up for it - you get 180 degrees unobstructed view of the water from the balcony. The beach is great for swimming and there are a number of water activities close by like jet skiing, banana boats and parasailing.

We really appreciated the hospitality from Annette and her team at Marco Polo Collections. The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Our booking came with free underground parking which was convenient. The apartment was extremely well stocked and provided everything we needed. We (and especially our four year old son) loved all the beach gear that came with it. We'd definitely book from Annette and her team on our next vacation to Puerto Rico.

Amazing Waterfront Rental

I want to start off by saying how happy I was that the owner honored our reservations that we had to cancel in 2016 due to my pregnancy. We finally made it this year and enjoyed every second of it. The views from the balcony are incredible and the beach was more beautiful than I remembered from years ago, so very clean and well maintained.

The rental property was very spacious for my family of 7 and had all the amenities needed such as linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and cooler. The location provide for local restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops. The pictures of the gated pool did not do it justice as it was much nicer in person and a good place to go to if you want to take a break from the beach. I was very happy to have lunch meat, cheese, and milk in the refrigerator when we arrived. Annette was very helpful and very prompt in responding to my questions/needs. Overall, this was a great experience and rental with amazing ocean views! Thanks Annette :-)

Great location!!!!!!!

Isla Verde area is great. Beach was beautiful. Chidos and Pizza city were directly across the street as was Walgreens and fast food options.

The view from the condo was fantastic. The condo itself could use some minor updates.

The staff from Marco Polo was very attentive and made our stay outstanding. I will definitely go back!!

Amazing view!

From the time of the reservation, John and his team were very responsive with any of my questions and requests. They were quick to respond.

The location was great, right in front of the great beach. The view from the balcony was amazing as it looked over the ocean. It was about 20 minutes from San Juan area by a car. There were several restaurants and supermarket that could be a walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). Walgreen is right in front of the place though where you can buy most of staff. We stayed for 5 nights and rented a car for a few days and visited a light house in the coast and La Marquesa Original Canopy Tour which I highly recommend.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids (5 year old and 8 month old) and it had enough space and comfortable. They provided a crib and high chair for my baby which were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Marco Pollo Collection!

All amenities available, great location, well maintained

1. Location is great. At time have to deal with late night early morning noise from Pizza City just across bedroom windows, but it is all OK because we are on vacation.

2. The apartment AC works very good, that is a Plus.

3. Some maintenance required such as cleaning the AC filter, one bathroom shower leaks, and a much needed replacement of the living room furniture in bad shape and dirty.

4. Will definitively recommend to anyone to rent this unit, a no brainer!
