Enjoy the peace and quiet of country life in the heart of Pennsylvania's Amish country. At the guest house you can relax on one of our two porches with breathtaking views of the valley and watch as our neighboring Amish plow their fields. Enjoy fishing at our stocked pond or try biking or walking our winding back country roads. You can also visit our dairy farm and watch as the cows are getting milked, pet the calves or help feed the many farm animals.

If that is not enough to fill your days, we are conveniently located within minutes to many local attractions including: Intercourse/Kitchen Kettle Village, Shady Maple Smorgasborg, Strasburg Railroad, Cherry Crest Farm Corn Maze, Rockvale/Tanger Outlet Shopping, Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park, Longwood Gardens, Antiques, Golf, Day trip to Philadelphia, Baltimore or Washington DC.. Weekends require Friday and Saturday 2 night minimum stay. One night stay's available weekday's only with additional cleaning fee.

Our family settled in Lancaster, PA over 200 years ago and are still farming the same land. Currently there are 4 generations of Wanner's living and working on the dairy farm.

Dear Wanner Family,

Where do we begin? Everything was wonderful. Our stay here was so relaxing and enjoyable. My son enjoyed running and playing outside. He named your cows. My daughter and niece would run to the pond every morning to catch the "big" fish. My inlaws came up for 2 days and they fell in love with your home just as we did. Everything was perfect and we look forward to coming back next year!

Relaxing, beautiful location and property

My four sisters and I needed a location near my daughter's wedding venue with enough room to accommodate us, local character and area shopping and attractions close by. We only had three days to spend and times together are precious. This charming farmhouse proved to fill the bill perfectly on all points. All of us decided a return trip may be in order or else we need to retire on a farm. Worth every penny!

So good we are already planning our return!!

The minute we pulled up to the farm house we knew we made the right choice! Better than expected… Immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly situated with views of cows pond rolling hills and corn fields. Jennifer couldn't of been more hospitable or giving of her time. And don't get me started about the goats! Adorable!

A FABULOUS STAY

What a wonderful way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with the grandchildren and family. It was a perfect site to get away from the hectic pace of life in the city. Jen, your tour of the farm was so fantastic, educating us all . We will never look at glass of milk the same way again. So much technology goes into every bottle of milk and a green energy farm.We had no idea. The children loved all the animals especially the goats nearby the house. We will most certainly return again. Thank you for making our stay so perfect!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the farmhouse for our family reunion! We enjoyed the goats and chickens as well as a tour of the farm. The Wanners were wonderful hosts!

Our family are 8th generation dairy farmers operating a 640 cow modern dairy farm. We also have goats and laying chickens. Tours are available by appointment at no additional charge to our guests with a 2 night minimum stay. A nominal fee is charged with one night stay.
