Flat divided into 1 bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Living room and American kitchen two Futons tv 45 Led Full HD, Sky TV subscription and air conditioning. All kitchen appliances are new and first line, fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, bathroom floor with pebbles, Shower Lorenzetti Turbo, and a small laundry area with a tank.

Flat Pratico

Flat pratico e bem condizente ao anúncio. O dono Rafael muito acessível e prático. Tivemos um probleminha com o acesso da SKY, mas contornamos com nosso acesso pessoal da NETFLIX Sentimos falta de uma mesa (embora pequena) para as refeições, mas a bancada atendeu !! Provável que uma mesa diminuísse o espaço de circulação da sala e não fosse a proposta do flat, mas esse pequeno detalhe ajudaria muito. Em geral nota 10!! Custo x Beneficio bom!!

Excelente!

O flat é excelente, muito completo limpo e organizado. Coisas que são uma prioridade como limpeza, principalmente no banheiro e no dormitório são impecáveis como em todo o flat. O Proprietário Rafael é muito atencioso, prestou todo suporte desde o momento da reserva com as informações, na véspera da hospedagem e até o final.
