OceanView is our name for the three condominiums owned by the Myers Family Enterprises, LP - all located in Leeward Key. Myers Family Enterprises, LP is a limited partnership created by the our family: Mom and Dad and the four kids, adopted daughters-in-law and nine grandchildren. We sincerely want you to experience the life-changing family vacations like we've had in Destin We all go to Destin a couple times a year to enjoy just hanging out together as a big, extended family that loves to have fun together.

Location, location, location. Destin is THE vacation destination for the South!. Leeward Key tower in which Suite 701 is located is a category 5 structure with superb maintenance and an active homeowners association. The atmosphere is "family". Access is quite easy by road or by air. Property values remain strong due to the reputation of Destin as a family oriented vacation destination.
What makes this Apartment unique
Suite 701 is tastefully decorated and set up for convenience and comfort. The atmosphere is relaxed. Access to the pools and the beach are TOO easy. We spend most of our time at the beach! Restaurants and the great seafood top off the Destin experience. Shopping is galore. It's all about convenience, safety, and value. You simply can not beat Destin, Leeward Key, and Suite 701.
