This is a beautiful and comfortable ranch condo, well-situated near historic Ogden to 12th Avenue, straight up to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. Close to biking and hiking trails, Ogden River, Pineview Reservoir and whatever interests may bring you to the area.

Updated kitchen with beautiful oak kitchen counters and glass tile with beautiful oak cabinets and full size appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bake ware and more stuff than you'll likely ever need.

The master bedroom with an full, ensuite bath has a queen bed with comfy tempurpedic mattress. New toilet, sink and floors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a full bed also with a comfy tempurpedic mattress. Full bath for the 2nd bathroom with updated toilet, sink and floors as well.

The living room also has a sofabed that opens to a TwinX sofa, which fits up to a 5'6" person comfortably. Would not recommend for heavy set individuals however. Extra bedding is available for this bed, plus will fit an air mattress, if you decide to bring one.

This condo has a central air and heat, plus an attached garage, which is great for winter conditions, and also for summertime to store camping, biking or any gear you want safely stored.

Historic Ogden on 25th street, just a few blocks and minute down the road, has a quaint, old town feel with local shopping and restaurants, Great for meandering and catching a few dining options with Zagat star restaurants or family-owned dining. Easy and free parking at Union Station and across the street, you’re there. Or, certainly, there is parking is available on 25th Street but can be a little congested during ski season.

However, if skiing and a quick bite is your cup of tea, 'fast food central' is all along 12th Street right up to the mountain: iHop around the corner, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Arby’s, Burger King, Wendy's, McDonalds, etc. Other breakfast restaurants are also on 12th (i.e. Village Inn) right on your way to ski country! Or if you want to shop to shop your own stuff, there’s a Walmart just about 4 blocks around the corner or a Winco foods even closer (note: they don’t take credit cards).

Zip zip zip, JUST 12 MILES! up the road and you are at Snow Basin where they held the winter Olympics!

Zip zip zip, the same road up, you can easily reach Powder Mountain or family-friendly Wolf Canyon to ski to your hearts delight. Just a minute from the base of the mountain and you'll be headed up to enjoy all the powder your legs can endur.

This corner unit condo is equipped to safely secure your ski gear on a private deck. WIFI enabled TV's in the living room and master bedroom for you to enjoy pre-paid streaming Neflix and HuluPlus for your enjoyment. Digital cable with HBO is also available in the living room along with a DVD player.

I LOVE my vacation homes! They are ALL my babies. I don't have kids, so I visit and stay in each of my condos routinely to make sure they are maintained in good care, are functional and continue growing in a way that provides joy to my guests (and to me) who stay.

Why LISA MACDONALD chose Ogden

When I travel to visit, I want all the amenities of home. My Ogden condos are very cool and have been a joy to decorate and to personally enjoy. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, they can comfortably accommodate a larger group.

What makes this condo unique

I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I hope my guests like my style. As I discover something great, or a tasty dining option, and especially when my guests do, I have a condo directory I like to add to, but it currently includes everything you can imagine, including directions to the nearest Costco, Walmart and liquor store!

I like the creature comforts of home and have furnished the condo to reflect these needs. I continue to learn from my guests from their feedback, and where possible, make improvements so that hopefully the next guest will benefit from the great ideas of others. When you stay at my place, it is my goal that you walk right into easy living so that you can focus on family, your destinations, and simply to have a great experience during your visit.

We enjoyed our stay in Ogden. The unit was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware & dishes. The bed was so comforttable, we may purchase a new mattress!

Wonderful stay in a great home

We had to temporarily move to a short term rental so that work could be done on our house. This was a great home for us. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The attached garage was a plus for us to store some personal things from the house and the neighbors are very quiet. We'd highly recommend this home.

Great home base!

Lisa's house made for a great home base while we were out for a family reunion. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchen's I've been in on a rental in a while for pots, pans and dishware. The house was clean and tidy and the A/C worked like a champ for the hot afternoons.

Animal hair on all furniture in living room . Didn't even stay at this rental had to rent a motel.

First off I want to preface this review with the fact that I did not review the rental agreement like I should have. I did not notice this property was a Pet Friendly Rental. Had I paid closer attention to the details I would not have reserved this property, simply due to the fact it was a pet friendly. Lesson learned..

Our experience with this rental was less than stellar. First impression looked okay, until you started to look at things. There was white animal hair everywhere. The blanket that sits on the back of the couch, the pillows on the couch along with the Rug and carpets in the living room were all covered in white animal hair. My kid’s sock’s after walking on the floor were covered in pet hair, their shirts from simply sitting on the couch had hair on them. It was bad enough we could not stay in the home due to Asthma issues flaring up.

We were there for a total of 20 minutes and realized this is not going to work. Please note that we would not have left the property with no refund on the rental had it been okay. We paid for the rental and didn’t even stay in the home. The owner did refund us our cleaning fee which we were thankful for. But did argue with us about the cleanliness of the property, stating her cleaning lady said, “there was no pet hair as we had described”. I was less than impressed with the professionalism of this property owner.

Owner's Response: It's always disappointing when we don't meet the expectations of a guest. I was quite surprised to learn that my condo was infested with pet hair. This was a first. This report is not consistent with any experience I have had at any of my properties since my cleaning services take great pain to ensure that each of my condos are left in top condition. In addition, the furniture is dark and isn't even cloth... certainly white pet hair would be clearly visible to Kelly, my cleaning lady. If any pet hair was there, it would not attach itself to this furniture for it to get onto anyone... After this guest departed, I personally inspected this condo and found it to be consistently clean and ready to rent, with the exception that these guests were there longer than 20 minutes. All the beds were used. I requested documentation to substantiate his claims and he could not provide them. It was very clear, given that this guest did not read the listing or my check in packet pertaining to the pet-friendly nature of my property, he was adamant at receiving a refund, even conceding to have rented it with an asthmatic child. I provided a refund of the cleaning fee as a concession but sadly, he kept pushing for a full refund anyway. I stand by my other 5 star reviews, proud to consistently offer a clean home to my guests.
