Sobrado modern, 4 suites, all with balconies and door counters. Accommodation for 12 people. All Suites with Split Air Conditioners (New) and Ceiling Fans with Remote Control (New)
Approximately 70m from the beach.
Downstairs, gourmet space with gas grill Supergrill built-in (no smoke), coocktop 5 burner stove, built-in gas fireplace digital Brastemp, refrigerator Samsung with dispenser in the door, horizontal freezer (quick freezing) microwave, blender, pan digital pressure, everything new. Room with 7m (height) right foot, stair handrail and mezzanine body guard in tempered glass. Two new sofa sets, samsung smart tv (new) with wi-fi, with subscription channels. 2 balconies. One suite downstairs with balcony door and balcony. Ten beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and two strollers, 10kg washing machine.
In the upper, 3 suites, all with doors balconies and body guard in tempered glass, bathrooms with tempered glass box. Ceiling Fans and Split Air Conditioning in all suites. Security 24h. Very close to the beach.

Excelente final de semana

Passamos o final de semana com a minha família e acomodou muito bem as 13 pessoas, incluindo crianças. Os quartos são confortáveis com ar condicionado. A cozinha é bem equipada com muitos eletrodomésticos. A casa possui duas churrasqueiras, uma na frente da casa e outra em cima junto da piscina. Foi um excelente e agradável final de semana na praia!

Casa muito boa e corresponde ao anuncio. Completa, muito bem equipada e super limpa. Fui com meus filhos e netos e tivemos momentos realmente bons. Super perto da praia, que é maravilhosa. vale muito a pena. Somente uma recomendaçao: uma garagem privativa e portão . Seria perfeito!!!!!

Local muito bom próximo à praia

A casa eh grande, arejada , próxima à praia , o que facilita muito os passeios à beira mar , dado o cenário de pandemia . O condomínio eh ótimo, plano com ruas largas , perfeito para as crianças andarem de bicicleta, patins ... etc . Faria a sugestão de no futuro construir a churrasqueira e piscina na área térrea ( fundos ou frente ) para facilitar os adultos supervisionarem as crianças na piscina e evitar o sobe desce ao terraço .
